Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm (TCT) total coated thickness (tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
Brick Work in C.M 1:5 (one cement, Five M.sand) mix using II class chamber burnt Ground Moulded bricks of size 9" x 4 3/8" x2 3/4" / Fly Ash bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including scaffolding, curing etc., complete complete complying with standard Specification.
For Foundation and Basement
For Super Structure in Ground Floor
Finishing the top surface of flooring in P.C.C. 1:2:4 using mechanical Power Trowel till the required time and level and finishing the same neatly as per standards specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.
Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4 kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Replacing the existing damaged GI weldmesh with new of size 7.50 x 2.50cm of 10 gauge for Fixed Swing Ventilator to avoid the entry of Brids, the weld mesh should be fixed withTeak wood reepers of size 50mm x 25mm for required length alround the FSV and the Rate is inclusive cost of materials and all labour charges for removing the Existing warnout wiremeshes etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification.
Suplying and fixing ( under lintel grove ) cold rolled Rolling Shutters of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter locked together with specially desinged pipe shaft with adquate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmanship and the entire shutter painted with one coat of redoxide primer and clear opening of 1.8m width, 2.60m height. The rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S. 6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Construction Engineer before fixing. ( This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter. 1) 18G 3" lathe section 1.90m long -- 29 nos. 2) 10G guide channel 2.6m long - 2 Nos. 3) 13G bottom plate for 1.80m long with angle. 4) M.S. Pipe 40mm dia 'C' class - 2m long. 5) 10SWG side plate 13"x12" - 2 Nos. 6) 2 SWG spring 3" bore 7) 'U' Clamp. 8) Ball bearing suitable for 2 1/2" pipe . 9) 18 SWG clip suitable for 4" lathe 10) 20 SWG M.S. Sheet. etc.., complete. The old Rolling shutter materials should be taken over by the contractor on buy back policy.
Painting New iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)
Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour with synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat after thorough scrapping in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)
Painting old wood work with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including thorough scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.
Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying assembling and Errection of Cantilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. The Cantilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be filled with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with colour Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS Square / Rectangular hallow tubes and colour Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required self threaded screws with bushes also including necessary masonry work to be errected the cantilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineers before use on Work.) The AC sheet and old truss material should be taken over by contractor on buy back policy.

( Fully panelled Double leaf - Door size 1.00 m x 2.10 m )
Paving the floor with fine polished cuddapah stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M. Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five M. sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Engineer-incharge concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer-incharge before use on works)
Finishing the top of roof with one course of solar reflective ceramic tiles of (cooling tiles) size 305mm x 305mm x 7mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
Supplying and fabrication and fixing in position of anodised natural colour matt finish sliding window in two track in all floors with following sizes. All the two shutters with sliding arrangements, the bottom section should have Gutter arrangements so as to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading, Aluminium clips, rubber beading, handle and fixing 4mm thick clear sheet glass including all required for fabrication etc., complete. Necessary dismantling, making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.The Al.Surfaces is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thick of not less than 15 microns.
