Repair and maint of sewerage network, repair of compound walls and fencing in Prayag, Triveni and OTM Accn in Old Cantt, Prayagraj.

M&L for Cleaning of blocked drainage lines including Water Closets (WC) of any type at any floor, Kitchen, Bathroom, Wash Basin, and Urinals, from WC/nahani trap to gully trap/first manhole, and making the drain pipe fully functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction. The work shall include disposal of sludge/waste material up to 1000m and depositing the same at the designated place such as STP/Septic Tank within Cantt premises, complete all as specified and directed. The contractor shall deploy minimum two (02) manpower for carrying out cleaning activities, equipped with flexible sewage cleaning rods, protective gear, and all necessary tools and accessories required for safe and effective execution of the work. Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound register to record the cleaning activities. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

M & L for Complete De-Sludging of Choked Manholes and Septic Tanks of any Description with Sewage Suction machine (Honey Sucker) of minimum Capacity 4000 litres after plugging of incoming sewage line and throwing the sewage/Sludge into designated area of Sewage treatment plant all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Contractor will Maintain a Pucca Bound Register to Record Deployment of Machine , Quantity of Sludge extracted etc. The register will be signed by User reps, JE and AGE and produced at the time of payment.

M&L for Cleaning of choked sewer lines by diesel running vehicle-mounted hydraulic operated high-pressure suction-cum-jetting sewer cleaning machine, fitted with pump having minimum 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity, including provision of skilled operator, supervising engineer and necessary manpower, for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and removal of chokage in sewer lines. Cleaning shall be carried out by high-pressure jetting system (minimum 2200 PSI) for flushing between manhole to manhole for sewer lines ranging from 150 mm dia up to 300 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Contd/… Note: Sewer cleaning machine shall be made available by the contractor minimum once in a month or as and when required by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall maintain a pucca bound register to record each deployment of the machine. The register shall be jointly signed by the User Representative, JE, and AGE, and produced at the time of payment. Only the actual number of operating hours of the machine shall be recorded in the Measurement Book (MB) for payment purpose. The contractor shall video record the cleaning activities for each hour the machine is deployed and shall submit the hourly recordings duly timestamped in CD/DVD or digital media to the Engineer-in-Charge prior to processing of payment.

M&L for theme painting including application of artistic colours and designs on walls, ceilings and pillars using exterior emulsion paint over exterior primer on white cement based putty 1 mm thick over plastered or unplastered surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment in any number of layers by mechanical scrapping machine, including filling of depressions, repairs to damaged plastered surfaces not exceeding 4 sqm each and making good with 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) to match existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old vertical tiles and fixing new 6 to 8 mm thick elevation tiles of size 300x600 mm in heritage pattern on vertical surfaces of boundary wall, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, including preparation of surface, providing backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 at base to support tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving (below or above ground level) and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supplying and fixing outdoor heavy-duty vitrified tiles of size 600×600 mm and 20 mm thick, anti-skid, UV-resistant, exterior grade, laid over and including 75 mm thick PCC M-10 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as base layer, with 20 mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:4, tiles set in cement slurry/adhesive as per manufacturer’s specifications, joints filled with polymer-modified grout of matching shade, including surface preparation, cutting to size, curing and finishing complete all as specified and directed. Make Johnson Endura Meteor Tiles or equivalent in Kajaria/Somany

Supplying, laying, jointing with appropriate method and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 150 mm dia(ID)/180 mm (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required depth to make sewer line functional including the excavated soil maintened in slope and well ramming and compacted in slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing with appropriate method and testing in trenches DWCPE (SN 8) nominal size 175 mm dia (ID)/200 mm (OD) dia as per IS-16098 (Part 2) : 2013 with and including all items and activities required depth to make sewer line functional complete the excavated soil maintened in slope and well ramming and compacted in slope all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe upto 200mm dia and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with sewer bricks in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan n exc 6 m mean radius for man-holes/septic tank/ soakwell etc. in sewer works all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished, fair and even surface all as specified and as directed.

Providing and Fixing Factory made Precast Concrete manhole covers MD-10 as per IS 12592 all as specified and as directed by Engineer In Charge

Demolition of Brick masonry in cement mortar including stonework and precast concrete articles all as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas exc 1.5 Mtr depth and n exc 3 Mtr deep and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC M15 Nominal MIX, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drains, foundation etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) on brick work/concrete surfaces with integral water proofing compound all as specified. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).
