Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cove obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75Kg/Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Supplying & Laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm in trenches for protecting under groung cable as per IS (for 33 KV Cable) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.09 here-in-before but old cover obtained from item No 1

OUTGOING:- (i) ATS of capacity 400 Amps, 4P, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release. (ii) MCCB 3 pole, LT 415 Volts,50 Hz AC grade of 250 Amps rating 25 KA rupturing capacitiy with adjustable Themal and Meganetic setting releases - 02 Nos. (iii) MCCB 3 pole,LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 200 Amps rating 25 KA rupturing capacitiy with adjustable Themal and Meganetic setting releases- 03 Nos. (iv) MCCB 3 pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 160 Amps rating 25 KA rupturing capacitiy with adjustable Themal and Meganetic setting releases- 03 Nos. (v)MCCB 3 pole, LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 100 Amps rating 25 KA rupturing capacitiy with adjustable Themal and Meganetic setting releases,- 02 Nos Note :(i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimples. Supply, installed, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested ( including CPRI tested certificate) LT feeder pillar box cubical double door out door type plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire,50 HZ AC supply system having extendable bus bar with insulated aluminium bus bar of rating 2000 Amp installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. The panel should be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of 3 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50X50X6 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finesh over one coat of red oxide on out side surface and painted in side with two coated of red oxide primer and rear opening type with apran for cable entry, closing locking arrangement and comprising of the following including necessary PCC platform of suitable size:- (i) On load change over switch front operated 1250 Amp, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50 HZ including suitable extendable bus bar - 01 N0.

M&L for Demolation of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 250 mm Thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conducators, 3 3 KV (E) grade, of size 400 sq mm, 3 core, laid in trenches complete all as specifed & directed in replacement of underground cable. Note :- Excavation, earth work, cable protection, sand fillings, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.6 mpa working pressure

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 80 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah of following bore sizes

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 33 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of ables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 33 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks/cable covers of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks/cable covers as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks/cable covers will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks/PCC cable cover and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and fix in replacement air break switch gang operated tripple pole mechanically operated mechanism, switch air break gang operated mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 400 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver coper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of air bake off load line isolator switch rotating type manually gear drive mechanism operated highest system voltage 36 KV rated current 1250 Amps triple pole with earthing device each pole consist of insulating pedestals 03 Nos on galvanized steel base as per BSS /IS incuding rotating blade of HDE copper and fixed contacts of same material , spring loaded arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of transformer as directed with adequate 50mm dia GI operating pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle complete with both off and on positions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure

M&L for shifting LT Panel any size indoor/Outdoor including after disconnecting all incoming/outgoing cablesfrom the panels and installing the same after making necessary plinth work, proper glands,thimbling,tapping and painting as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at required location up to 100 RM complete. Note : (i) Painting work and plinth brick work deemed to consider quoted rate.under this item No - 40 only

Taking out old UNSV HT 11 KV OCB/VCB after disconnecting of cables shifting from existing sub station to another sub station/store yard with the help of hydra including transport charges included.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 /11KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
