Cleaning of under ground/over head water reservoir/shallow well with wire brush and taking out sludge complete manually and applying bleaching powder to wash on inner surface of reservoir 3.5 lakhs gallons capacity both inner and outer at Berthuma complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) On completion of cleaning of tank, date of cleaning to be marked /written clearly on tank surface in an accesscible location with letters or figure not exc 20 cm high viz 'TANK CLEANED ON 00-00-00' (ii) Cleaning of tank to be carried out in accordance with the schedule, publilshed for the purpose of cleaning of tank. (iii) All cleaning material,tools safety equipment & any other material required for this purpose shall be provided by the Contractor. (iv) Rate deemed to be included for providing pump set for dewatering from the UG sump/fire static tank (v) Insurance cover for the Employed people is must and sole responsibility of the contractor. (vi) The rate quoated by the contractor shall be inclusive of all the provision (vii) Material recovered during clean should deposit minimum 100 mtr away from reservoir/OHT/Shallow well

Carryout laboratory analysis test of treated and sewage samples analysis test results of the PH value total dissolved solids, total suspended solids, chemicals oxygen demand bio chemical oxygen demand oil and grease to be submitted to department as received from laboratory for STP (MRC)
