Dismantling and taking out the defective fixture from the top of 7 m poles by scaffolding arrangement as per direction and stacking the damaged materials to site store.
supply and delivery the following materials at site : -
( a ) LED out door lighting luminaires - BRP 409 LED 115 CW SLC FG PSU GR V2 with SPD version . Make : Philips /Equivalent.
( b ) Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated 6 sq,mm x 4 core Alumium Armoured cable as per IS: 7098 ( Part -1 )2011 . Make: Gloster / Polycab/ Crystal /NICCO/Other approved make.
Laying of one No. 1.1 KV grade 6 Sq.mm x 4 core PVC Al. Ar. Cable. in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8(eight) Nos bricks per meter, including filing the space between the brick and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.
Supply & fitting of compression type cable gland complete with brass gland rubber ring for dust & moisture proof of PVC Al.Ar. cable as follows:-( a ) 4 core 6 sq.mm .
Finishing the cable end of the 4 core 6 Sq. mm cable by crimping method by supplying lugs, sockets tape & other jointing materials.
Fitting fixing of the street light luminaries of item No. 2.01 ,and necessary inter connection complete with supplying all necessary materials as per direction of EIC .
Clearing of working surface at Barakar River Bank Pontoon metallic walkway area with shifting of many no. of bigger size rocks, cleaning of debris from above place to 10 mtre apart place with engagement of Stone Cutter 2 nos. , Mazdoor - 20 nos.These stones , debris come by river water flow and creating obstacle of floating Pontoon and way bridge .
Hiring of Gas Cutter arrangement with team for working at river bank position & cutting and separating of deformed metallic way bridge , railing ,buoy ( cutting -927 sq.cm. area approx. ) for shifting offset position to proper position . Cost included manpower engagement ( 10 Nos ) for carrying gas cylinders , welding torch etc. from Burning Ghat Panel House to River Bank Pontoon position through narrow - critical 60 '( approx ) downward rocky dangerous pathway (100 mtrs.approx long ) and back after completion of work .
Shifting of existing heavy loaded metallic way bridge with railing ( 2 ton approx .) , buoy ( 400 Kgs approx. )from offset position to proper position ( 10 mtrs. apart ) with the engagement of sufficient skilled mechanic ( 4 nos.) and labour ( 40 nos) team with rolling , shifting and pulling with the help of strong wooden bolla , rope etc. with hire basis and setting the metallic way bridge above buoy and infront pontoon .This total work will be very critical dangerous pathway with very carefully and skilled manpower require .
For execution of welding work of Way Bridge with Buoy, it is require to make strong wooden supporting structure ( Size : 15 m x 3 m x 3 m depth ) with hire basis for keep withstand proper position of Buoy , Way Bridge and Pontoon in suitable position above river water flow and float condition i.e. Buoy under and WayBridge above and in proper front positon of 90 ' with Pontoon floor horizontally .
M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. ( a ) I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m
M.S. structural works in roof trusses with tubular sections conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. i) For trusses spanning up to 12.00 m
Carrying of welding m/c , eye shield , weiding rod etc. from Burning Ghat Panel House to River Bank Pontoon position through narrow - critical 60 '(approx.) downward rocky dangerous pathway (100 mtrs.approx long ) with engagement of skilled Mazdoor( 15 nos ) . Carrying for jointing with existing Way Bridge with welding at site .
Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: ( a ) Continuous weld.
Drilling holes of requisite diameter in R.S. joists channels, tees. Plates etc. I) Dia.above 12mm and depth upto 10 mm.
a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.
(a) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary ( a ) On steel or other metal surface :-With super gloss (hi-gloss) - i) Two coats (with any shade except white
Making of Floating Buoy with 5 mm thickness M.S. Plate 460 Kgs .cutting ,bending the sheet as per required design and jointing with MIG welding 4520 cm length all complete as per direction .
Carrying of Item No. 1 from Asansol workshop to Burning Ghat Pumping Station with hire vehicle ,cost including loading unloading with hire of Hydra Crane and manual labour carefully all complete .
Carrying of Item No. 1 , & welding m/c , eye shield , weiding rod etc. from Burning Ghat Panel House to River Bank Pontoon position through narrow - critical 60 '(approx.) downward rocky dangerous pathway (100 mtrs.approx long ) with engagement of skilled Mazdoor( 15 nos ) . Carrying for jointing with existing Way Bridge with welding at site .
Fitting fixing of Buoy with metallic Way Bridge with Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: ( a ) Continuous weld.
