M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) (Internal surfaces) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers,under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool,applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre,top layer 15mm cement plaster using white cement in the top layer of the item of washed Marble stone chipping grit plaster 1:1/2:2(1 White Cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 Marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including pigment(colour) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing,the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Chrage. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removalof wooden battens,repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Chrage.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement on concrete surfaces .

Supply only integral water proofing compound. (Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+20L waterproofing chemical)

M&L for applying two coats of Apex Dust Proof paint for exterior (of approved quality & tint) on new surface of wall over one coat primer by spray painting, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & apply two coats of Oil Bound Distemper, complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick avg screed bed in cement ortar 1:6 over 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured/printed glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm /450x350x7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match laid over 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore “medium grade” with all fittings complete fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest, incl. CI floor trap( long nose) 'P' or 'S' trap, 100mm bore complete all as specified.

S&F of 10 Ltrs capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern white low level with inlet, ball valve float handle including bracket and also including Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC,32mm bore for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polythene, two layers, water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity, closed top, cylindrical, hoisted and fixed in position including , 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.(Minimum weight of ball valve 20mm-210 gms.).

S&F at site LLDPE septic tank with upflow filter including media designed to carry sewage and sullage water,excavation,return filling & removal of spoil in any type of soil,PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) below foundation,Vent shaft,connection etc complete for 10 users complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L for soakage wells (1.2M dia x1.50M effective depth) excavation, excavation,return filling & removal of spoil in any type of soil,foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25 cover,interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Chrage. Refer Drg NO.CEJZ/STD-242/07/Sheet No.11/24 dated 16 Oct 2007 and Drg No.CEJZ/STD-243/07 Sheet No.12/24 dated 16 Oct 2007 with 1.5mtr effective depth. NOTE:-All participant are requested to go through the drawings attached at the end of Tender Documents.(Total 02 sheets)

M&L for hard core of broken bricks of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layer n exc 15cm thick watered and well rammed to true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggegate) as in plinth protection finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning base surfaces complete all as per specified and directed. (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment)

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application using gas torch with an overlapping 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. (Make:Sika/Pidilite) (Complete treatment to be verified by Enginr-in-Chrage before apply next treatment) Note: No extra chrages shall be paid for gas & other arragements.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3) and flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5 % of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F of anodised aluminium frame (powder coated) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cletas for fixing complete all as speciefied and directed. (Minimum thickness of powder caoting 50 micron )

S&F of anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S&F of anodised alminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, side hungs type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing/glazing clips, rubbers neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc , anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) Suitable handle (1 No.) . complete all as specified.

S&F of aluminium extruded section door closer hydraulically regulated designation No. 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 Kg and fixed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm normal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacksor stainless steel wire staples as specified and directed.

S&F of 3.0mm thick sheet glass , ordinary quality glazing with neoprene rubber gasket in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of minaral fiber suspended flase ceiling with and including necessary GI frame used with 'T' or any section accessories etc of galvanized steel all as per manufacturer design conforming to IS-2095 and 2542(1981) the weight of the board shall be not less than 7 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as in door frame, door shuters / gate of angel or other section complete prepared for fixing of steel sheeting or other convering doors to be prepared for hanging with and including hinges hold fast of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) etc complete all as specified.

S&F of 35 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction , with particle board and plywood face panels , commercial type on both sides, fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 100mm size mild steel butt hinges, medium weight cold rolled and fixed with screws or welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 250 mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 150 mm mild steel pressed handles, oval type , stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 150 mm mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of pink primer to new wood surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F of 1.25mm thick lath steel rolling shutters,with self coiling type shutters (Push Pull Type or Mannually type) as specified including top cover,an-choring rod,hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. NOTE:-Height of rolling Shutter shall be measured from the bottom of the lintel to the finished floor cill level and width shall be measured inclusive of the side guides.

S&F of safety lever locks mild steel with 4 lever for Rolling Shutters fixing complete all as specified and directede by Engr-in-Chrage.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over the new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B- 0 ,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge, cills , blocks for holdfast , copings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast conctere interlocking paver block with glossy finish of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade fixed with grey cement and no pigment including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage.

M&L for forming contraction( dummy) joints 75mm deepx10mm wide,filled with sealing compound complete all as specified.

Section II-E/M Portion

Supply & Lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Chrage.

M&L for point wiring controlled by one modular switch with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranged single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm suitable for fixing in concealed conduit with modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2 mm thick of required size and modular white cover plate and frame in different module housing for fixing modular switches/ modular socket and modular fan regulator etc.PVC insulated unsheathed, multi stranged, single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm used as earth wire to common earth and connected to common dully drawn in same conduit all as specified for the following :-

S&F of exhaust fan steel body AC single phase 230/240 volts of size 380 mm sweep with blades and frames and louvers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of decorative energy saving surface mounted LED tube light along with fixture, 18 W 230/240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge.

Supplying & Laying sub class 'B' bricks locally available having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 600 x 600x6 mm thick , buried directly under ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level ) with lop edge of the plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers, of galvanized iron or steel all as Shown in electrical plate No 3 on Sl. Page 497 of MES schedule 2009 part I and drawings and connected to main switch board, including all necessary excavation & earth work in hard/dense soil, common salf and charcoal dust mixed & packed 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the GI earth plate, earth pit chamber made out of cast iron frame with hinged door , GI protection pipe light grade upto 7.5 meter from electrode complete all as specified & shown on drawings with watering pipe . Note: On testing, after completion of Job , if desired earth resistance is not obtained , the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to contractor. NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
