M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and directed. Note: Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc. to store and rubbish not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs in CM (1:4), etc. to openings (to foregoing item) including cutting,toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutter (without taking of shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated (Min thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat forfixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed

S & F aluminium powder coated two track sliding window frame for of size 45.2 x 35 x 1.3mm and window shutter of size 37.5 x 15 x 1.6mm with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing and built in lock for each pair of shutter etc (minimum thickness of powder coating 0.5 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2: 4 (20 mm graded agg) in pre cast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminals posts, struts etc. for fencing average sectional area exc 100 and not exceeding 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable Flame Proof fitting and fixture from its existing position for necessary replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for flame proof point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one one way flame proof switch, drawn in and including heavy duty ERW steel conduit pipe of dia ( 20mm) complete with all flame proof fitting accessories, junction box etc including one FRLS PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire connected to main earth dolly , including chase cutting and matching the disturbed surface with cement work and white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and fixing flame proof LED light fitting 2 x 16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 15W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge

All as per item No. 4.00 above but of 40 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

Supply and Fixing of Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of Advanced Maintainence free environment friendly ring earthing system of dia 350mm and depth 11 feet . Each set consisting of 03 Nos of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia earth electrode made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness 250 microns) with terminals to connect incoming strip in ground with 3 bags (60 Kg per earthing pit) of environment friendly backfill compound of carbon based, graphite blend and portland cement mixed (Approved by Engr-in-Charge) resistivity below 0.15 Ohm meter for high current for electrical system as per manufacturer's standards for each 150 x 25 x 6 mm copper bar with 4 hole shall be exothermically welded on top to copper bonded rod to make terminal laid in minimum 200mm dia bore. Making 03 Nos holes of complete earthing set in which each hole shall be provided with 100 Kg bentonite in outer 150 mm part of the hole and inner 200 mm dia to be filled with back fill material. Manufacturer's name shall be written on the rod, 25 x 3mm copper strip shall be buried 20 cm below the ground to be used to interconnect the earths to make the ring. The earth pit cover shall be of polypropylene (250mm top x 340 mm bottom and 250mm height) of 2Kg weight shall be part of the job including PCC (1:2:4) base block of fitting of pit cover complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (i) Earthing shall be teseted after completion of job in presence of Engr-in-Charge and earth resistance obtained shall be less than 1 ohm. If required earth resistance is not obtained the contractor shall do the necessary rectification to obtain the result without any extra cost to the department. (ii) Copper strip from star point of the earthing system to the eqpt/bldg shall be measured and paid under relevant item separately. (iii) Govt approved certified lab certificate to be produced for resistivity of backfill material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for copper earth strip size of 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.
