Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed all kinds of soil 50 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement 4 fine sand)

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete welded

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete Hot finished welded type tubes.

Painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing of sign board made of MS Sheet 1.00mm thick with outer frame of ISA 25*25*4 MM and vertical supports of 2 ISA 40*40*5 mm painted both sides with red oxide priming coat and synthetic enamel paint including cost of alphabet writings with appropriate paint of approved matter/Information complete job as per the directions of Engineer In Charge at site (Size of Board 2’-0’’ * 3’-0’’)
