Material and labour for 12mm thick premium quality tiles hi-traffic range of endura full body vitrified with anti skid finish, square in shape, area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.10 sqm laid in floor/paving set and jointed over and including screed bed of 40mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) and including taking out roots ,of bushes/vegetation growth upto 120 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing plaster of any description on brick wall/ concrete surface in facia, chhajjas, balconies, roof/ceiling at any floor (upto G+3) including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately and the rates quoted in this item are inclusive of providing necessary scaffolding and other requisite arrangements , cost of T&P , all safety devices etc complete.)
