Removing excavated soil material upto 2Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion with rapid setting bitumen emulsion VG-30 @ 10kg/10sqm conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion with rapid setting bitumen emulsion VG-30 @ 5kg/10sqm conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and grouted with cement and sand mortar in 1:6 and preparing surface complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA)) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure built in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) above plinth level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Flush pointing to squared rubble masonry , secunderabad type, regular coursed or bought upto courses, in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)). type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Moorum red bajri path including preparation of subgrade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50 mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with blinding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

M&L Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on new concrete surfaces for kerb stones of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Cautionary /warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900 mm with support length of 3650 mm made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for HDPE 100 dia pipe for weep holes of pressure rating 6Kgf/cm2 all as specified and as directed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

M&L Hardcore of guage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.ec 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally ,hooping for coloumn, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for coarse Sand filling all as specified and directed.

M&L for aggregate for loose filling of guage 20 to 12.50mm graded all as specified and directed.

M&L for aggregate for loose filling of guage 60 to 40mm graded all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 5.00 km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 core 25 sqmm direct in ground and including following works which are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.(a)Excavation should be 0.27 cum for one running metre(width is 0.45 mtr and height is 0.6 mtr)(b)Sand filling should be 0.081 cum for one running metre(width is 0.45 mtr and height is 0.18 mtr)(c)Routine cable for all cover shall be of bricks(d) Refer the items (a) to (c),accordingly the connected items/works of refilling,returning,removal etc should be done and the rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rates

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 3.5 core 240 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Cutting the existing roads to a width of 45cm and 60cm in depth for laying GI pipe of 50mm bore including returning, filling in and top surface of road 15cm shall be made good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty, electric cables of cross sectional area 3.5 Core 25 sqmm, 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as lugs, brass cable glands etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : Laying of cable,excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, GI Pipe and cable covers will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply, jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty, electric cables of cross sectional area 3.5 Core 240 sqmm, 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as lugs, brass cable glands etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix , Street light control junction box 205 x 255 x 112mm upto 25Sqmm 3.5/4 core cables made out of FRP sheet moulded and arrangement for incoming and outgoing 3 phase 4 wire system with R,Y,B & N studs and control for LED light fitting incoming and outgoing cables with MCB SP 10Amp 230 volts with neutral link including pole mounting kit , completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded round copper conductor 1100 V grade overall PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core round in service connections complete all as specifed and directed.

Galvanised steel tube 40 mm dia, light grade with all fittings, complete, fixed to walls, pole or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) complete including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paint to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 No of 15cm wide circular bands in black & yellow paint starting from 1.0m above coping at a gap of 15cm in between 2 bands and numbering of pole in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide including foundation etc all as specified and as directed.(a)The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive for exacvation and it should be for 1.65 mtr depth and volume to be considered for one pole is for 0.65 mtr lemgth and 0.65 mtr width(0.69 cum per pole) and accordingly the connected works of refilling,returning should be done and the rates are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates(b) The quoted rates also includes for foundation with cement concrete1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 bottom bed concrete ,returning, filling and coping should be minimum 0.0327 cum per pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)
