Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 sqm each and making good the jambs, soffits of lintels etc. after fixing of new chowkhat or frame to match the existing surface.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each and making good the jambs, soffits of lintels etc. after fixing of new chowkat or frame to match the existing surface.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n. exc 2 Sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 2 Sqm each.

S&F aluminium (minimum 50 micron powder coated) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F aluminium (minimum 50 micron powder coated) window and ventilator shutters, side hung/sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays/tower bolt 150mm long (1 No.) hinges type B-21, 100mm long (2 Nos.), suitable handle (1 No.), rollers, grip etc. complete all as specified.

S&F 4.8 mm thick ordianary quality float glass exe 0.5 sqm in each pane of glazing with oil putty /beading etc all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples.

S&F Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin), corbels, brackets, Kerb stones etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in grill, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe Grade 290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
