(a) Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and supply and fix new long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drg.

(b) Taking out old unserviceable plywood top 12mm from charpoy GI Pipe 32mm. Tightening the frame of Charpoy GI pipe. S & F of new plywood commercial 12mm BWP Grade of size 6.5'x3' fit with repit No and size of nut, bolt & washers etc all as specified by Engineer in Charge.

(c)Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in position 1 Nos short rails made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No. 14.01 (a) including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg. ( Note : U/s check nuts to be replaced in above item & shall be included in quoted rate).

(d)Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and S &F new legs made out of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade including 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and threading on top portion end and complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

(e) Taking out old unserviceable nut and bolts supply & fixing new GI nut & bolts including washers of appropriate size. NOTE: The legs and shortrails to be made from U/S long rail not considered since the existing long rail is already drilled and welded due to which the strenghth of both shortrails & legs will not be suitable.

Chair Verandah (Drg No FD-256 & FD-359)

Removing existing cane from chairs verandah and painting the frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white after preparation of surfaces and then weaving with and including new cane 4 mm wide half round and supply & fixing new PVC Shoes for chair verandah complete all as directed.

Table Bed Side (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/15(R)

(a) MS square tubing 18mm thick x 1.6mm thick x 600mm high for holding the joints of table bed side on top and sides.

(b) Taking out unservicable top of table bed side and providing new top of Prelaminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick with PVC edging BWR grade of size 450mm x 450mm and shape as shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Taking out unservicable sides of table bed side and providing new sides of Prelaminated MDF board exterior grade 18/19 mm thick with PVC edging BWP grade of size 450mm x 450mm and shape as shown on drg, and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes as directed by Engr in Charge.

Chair School with hand board (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/05)

(a) Taking out the existing unseviceable handboard and replacement of broken hand board to chair school made out of Prelaminated MDF board exterior grade (Make:Green Ply/Century/Kitply) 18/19 mm thick with PVC edging round with size 585mm x 300mm and all as specified the Engr-in-Charge and as shown in the drawing.

(b) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes as directed by Engr in Charge.

Chair wiriting (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12)

(a) Removing the existing unserviceale seat & back tepastry blue colour (cover only) and supply and fixing new tepastry cloth not less than Rs 275/- per Meter approved by GE and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Removing of unserviceable PVC Arm rest and supply & fixing new PVC Arm rest as per drawing and all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Charpoy with hardtop (Drg No FD//MAP-II/01)

(a) Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top the charpoy hard top and replacing the new Plywood top 12mm thick 900mm x 1980mm

(b) Taking out old unserviceable nut and bolts supply & fixing new GI nut & bolts including washers of appropriate size.

(c) Removing of unserviceable shoe and supply & fixing new PVC/hard rubber shoes as directed by Engr in Charge.
