BOQ (CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLES IN TECH AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)

M & L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, 100 mm dia CI pipe upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends, grease trap etc to maintain intemd sewage system by employing Safaiwala from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with permissible lunch break at Technical area on daily basis with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary mechanical equipments all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Supervisors should receive everyday complaint through MES Complaint register for technical area (ii) Penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from Contractor in case not attending to each complaint during same working day. (iii) Rate included for all necessary T&P for Mechanical cleaning / manual cleaning shall be provided by Contractor. (iv) The Disposal of mud/silt, sludge & other debris retreived from cleaning time should remove outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (v) If necessitated by JE/Engr-in-Charge/ GE, contractor will provide to attend the complaints as required on Sunday/ holidays.

M&L Clearning Choked Sewer Lines of 150mm/200mm dia at any depth, through Mechanical Appliances and Making Sewer Line Functional and disposing the sludge, rubbish, etc. off the Premises outside the MOD/AF Land. Complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1.5 metre depth through Mechanical Appliances and removal of sludge/silt etc outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes at depth exc 1.50 m and not exc 3 metre through Mechanical Appliances and removal of sludge/silt etc outside MOD land including testing of manholes by filling with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-watering/De-sluding of septic tanks/soakage wells and sewage line/flood sump/Drain by Mechanically by HCV Mounted Suction Discharge Machine having Blow Back Facility with Sludge Tank disposal out side the MoD land, septic tanks/soakage wells of any size/depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition in cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish from the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type c-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every cahnge 0f direction and filling the same with &including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete with including necessary form work etc complete all as speified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, manholes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out. Complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 TYPE-B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Benching to Manhole including Forming Channel, laid to shape and Slope Coping, Plates , mass concrete including necessary Formwork and Fair Finished to Exposed Concrete Surfaces and Weathering, Slightly Rounded or Chamfered Angles and Throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & breaking up Drain Pipe 150mm dia (Salt Glazed Ware, AC or Reinforced Concrete,dwcpe) set in Cement Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & breaking up Drain Pipe 200mm dia (Salt Glazed Ware, AC or Reinforced Concrete,dwcpe) set in Cement Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L double wall corrugated drain pipe ' DWCPE' (SN8) 170 mm nominal size conforming IS:16098 laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L double wall corrugated drain pipe ' DWCPE' (SN8) 200 mm nominal size conforming IS:16098 laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for salt glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed including demolition of existing SGSW pipe as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm and width of bed as 450mm to drain pipes of 150mm internal dia including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm and width of bed as 450mm to drain pipes of 200mm internal dia including packing under, and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting into existing Manholes for connecting new drains , 150mm dia, making good to pipes and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( 1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr Item 22 here in before but except bricks (Old bricks retrieved from Sr item will be reused)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints/hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4using WPC on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately)

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound. Complete all as specified.

Demolition of RCC of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing rubbish from the premises.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in manhole covers set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm grades stone age) as in Slabs supported on walls/ beams . Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Formwork & Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately).

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works, not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) in flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips. Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in replacement 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) Bends (any radius), Diminishing Pieces or Tapers (larger bore measured) Fittings for PVC (SWR) Pipe 110mm bore (dia), jointing with Solvent Cement and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in replacement PVC (SWR) Gully trap 125/110mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement Vitreous China Squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including lime concrete bedding. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement Vitreous China wash down water closed pan (Pedestal pattern) white , including connection to drain(or out going pipe) and to flush pipe, antisypthonic (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe). Complete all as specified and directed.

S &Fixing in repairs Vitreous china urinals, bowl typeflat back size 465 x 355x 265 mm whiten minimum with grating and union for discharge pipe , complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, point

S&F SFRC manhole cover medium duty of size 600 x 600 mm and 65 mm thick. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L as in replacement for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in path of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting and grubbing of bushes / shrubs /babool branches etc surrounding manholes,Gully trap ,wall pipe and sewage line alignment etc and levelling of ground around the manholes,sewage line and finish the surface of wall and removing the waste material to a distance exc 50m and n exc 500m and clearing the site. Note :- (i) All T&P (like JCB etc ) and equipment’s required for clearance of site, safety requipment shall be arranged and made available by the contractor. ii) All safety measures for workmen to do work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) If any existing govt assets(Like electric cables,water pipeline, storm water drain boundary walls etc) are damages during the site clerance /excavation contractor should repair the same with time without any delay at his own cost .

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and including bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L as in replacement 600 mm reinforced concrete pipes,class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 100mm to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested bore of pipe 600 mm and including formwork. Complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary of tender documents.
