Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick but laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting (100mm hight) /dado etc., laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even completeall as specified.

M&L for machine cut, machine polished granite stone slab 18-20mm thick in skirting,dado, cill set, bedded and jointed with white cement paste and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and safety arrengement complete all as specified. Material and Labour for preparing old or new wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper and wipe cleaning and applying Melamine polish comprises of 2 coats of Asian paint Woodtech sealer 1 coat of Asian Paints Woodtech exterior wood stain followed by 2 coats of Asian paints Woodtech Gold melamine clear matt finish using spray machine by adding thinner to every coat including scaffolding required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs well seasoned 1st class hard wood ( teak) 10mm thick wall paneling including frame work, cleat, beading, joist, angle, floors at any position including all fixtures and fasteners including all moulding and chamfers as per existing design complete all as specified. Note- Independent test from approved Govt lab shall be submitted alongwith RAR/FB.

M&L for preparing new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Material & labour for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling sunken portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for erection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frames) upto ht of 30 m & with necessary brassing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloth for carring out external facework of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for erection & dismantling of nylone net for protecting of debris/roof tiles any type of construction material from the roof of height upto 20 mtr complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for providing treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following activities/ specifications :- (i) M&L for demolition of existing treatment complete , cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface, remove dirt, dust etc and cleaning with water including removing debris outside MD land. ii) Providing 50 mm bore and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with GI wire mesh on inside mouth after removing existing pipe and sealed the surrounding of GI pipe and junctions with epoxy mortar. iii) Providing 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement,as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope. (iv) Test the area by filling water for 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. If dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and cement grouting shall be carried out. (v) Cleaning the surface and applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall not be less than1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand shall be sprayed on the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Rendering the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick in two coats (10mm + 10mm) in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement including rounding the corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint. (viii) Laying 3mm APP membrane using torch application method over bitumen primer primer (ix) Testing the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be kept on record duly signed. Note :- If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water, the above said treatment shall be re-done completely without any extra cost.

M&L for POP false ceiling using 600mm x 900mm x12 mm thick plaster of paris with gypsum binder sheet decorative type including two coats of plastic emulsion paint and necessary provision for concealed type light fittings, fixed on 22 gauge GI channel grid work, main joist of size 50x25 mm spaced at 750 mm centre, secondary joist of size 75X20 mm fixed to main joists spaced at 900mm, suspended to roof members using 25x25x2 mm GI angles and fasteners @ 1.2 M C/C, including dismantling old unserviceable false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 15mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including rubbing, cutting and polishing as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified.

S&F for stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of apertupre 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia aluminium Drapery rod, coated finish including teak wood brackets & end knob as required with teak wooden curtain rings complete all as specified

Taking down carefully existing mild steel manually operated rolling shutters, cleaning all parts, straightening sliding rails and greasing, oiling and servicing for smooth functioning of all parts and making shutter serviceable including replacing the parts viz slates, bottom lock plates, helical springs, side guides, hood cover and side bracket; etc, wherever required and re-fixing the shutters in its original position after repairs including provision of new bolts, nuts, sponge rubber gaskets complete all as directed, shutters area not exc 40 sqm each.

S&F for greasing and easing in position of mild steel rolling shutters of area n.exc 10 Sqm each for full smooth movement and for easy operation of shutters complete all as secified and as directed.
