Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M.sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Quary Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4½”x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification For foundation and basement

For super structure in Ground floor

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, stair case steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 meter height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, one and two M.sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. For superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick in all floors including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specification.

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 20mm thick in all floors with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement and finishing neatly including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specifications.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs sunshade facia, canopy slab, stair case, waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading etc., wherever necessary and as directed with cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing Granolithic floor finish for 25 mm thickness using plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M.sand, and four stone jelly) using 10 to 12mm hard broken stone jelly and the top surface shall be rubbed smooth in all floors, finishing, threading and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position of mild steel angle trusses as per the design given including purlins. All the members are to be painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges, one coat of primer, welding charges, transportation to the site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of powder coated galvanized aluminium metal roofing sheet 0.47mm thick of JSW or Equivalent ISI Make different colour sheet for roofing with necessary adjustable ridges seater on “U” or “J” bolts or SDST Screws and nuts and also the labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying fabricating, erecting of colour Galvalume 0.47mm ridge sheet including cost of self drilling (SDST) screws with washers, fixing charges lead and lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing MS grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills will be given by the Engineers,i/c.,

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour. Fevicol type gum should be used in the preparation of white wash solution, adequate quality of approved blue powder to be added to white wash solution for application to the walls etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).
