B/R PORTION M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceilling of any pattern/design in two tier or special shape (Tray/ Coffored/ Cove type ceiling as approved design) comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws and 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expension fasteners with and including ceilling section (not exc. 1.2 mtr length ) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with clips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers of 2 mm dia G. I. wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3 mm size upto 60mm long and expension hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and providing and fixed 12mm thick seamless calcium silicate ceilling made out of 1830 x 1220 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre ,including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty to achive the smooth finishes on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surfaces of ceiling to prepare the surface even and smooth etc coplete all as spedified and directed.

M&L, for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete over one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper etc all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light) complete, including light fitting and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

& L for point wiring with 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor , 1100 Volt FRLS graded singer core cable for phas and neutral drawn through rigid pvc conduit med gread minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete concealed including provn of pressed steel terminal box of suitable sizefabricated out of 2mm thick MS sheet top cover for fixing switches, SSC sheet top cover including one run of 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor, complete all as specified. Note:- All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 Amp one way switch.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down fan of any type, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades and refixing again using extra down rod, Screw bolts, screw hook etc after fixing of Gypsum/ seamless false ceiling and directed by E-in-C.

Taking down carefullyindoor AC units from the wall by disconnecting copper pipr, electrical connections and re fixing after complete of new ceiling including making hole on wall and using extra copper pipes, cables, cleaning and serviceing the AC units complete with changing of gas if any required for working all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge
