Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

PCC type B-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

PCC type B-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire mesh, any mesh, size and type to any types of standards rails, straining bolts, mild steel round bars etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised hot dipped fencing (mesh size not more than 75mm x 75mm of 10 gauge wire and weight exc. 3.00 kg/Sq.m) complete all as specified. NOTE:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made acoordingly.

Supply only Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, for chain link fencing complete, all as specified.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed, IN REPAIR (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces etc. as specified (preparatory to paint as directed). (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over and including a coat of water based exterior primer.

Preparing surfaces of steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete, all as specified.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded with concrete etc. complete all as specified.
