Turnover Certificate certified by Charted Accountant for 3 Five Years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26), Should have Turnover of Rs. 20 Crore in any one year of the last 3 years Note: for consortium turnover of partner entities will be added for respective years to calculate turnover of the consortium/combined turnover for respectyears.

Copy of Acknowledgment of IT Returns Filed for 3 Five Years ( 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26).

The Price of Machinery is to be quoted following the price bid Schedule attached at Annexure-1, to be a PART OF Cover B

Principle Machiners Authorization Letter as per Format Attached at Annexure-2 (in case the Bidder is supplying machinery or critical part not manufactured by himself)

Bidders Declaration needed to be submitted on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper as per Annexure-3

Performance Statement of the Supplier or his Principal Machinery Manufacturer indicating Successful Supply/ Installation/Operations of Machinery of Similar Nature for Last 5 Years. As per format attached at Annexure-4

Schedule of Supply of Machinery: the bidder needs to specify the tentative time of supply, Installation, and commissioning ofmachinery

Bid Form signed by Bidder: Tender Document Acceptance declaration on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper. Annexure-5

Details of Service Facility of the Principal Machinery Manufacturer/Authorized Service Provider located near the Cluster - CFC Location on Principle Machinery Manufacturers Letterhead. (With in 200km radius)

Undertaking for providing free Service including free spares for the machinery supplied for at least 1 years from the date of final installation of machinery. On Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper as per format attached at Annexure-6

Declaration that the price quoted includes/ Scope of Supply includes supply of machinery as per technical specification of each machine and includes civil work, fabrication work, electrical work, Ducting, plumbing work, clearance from competitive authorities if needed, inclusive of all taxes, Transit Insurance, packaging cost, Transport cost, Training Cost, key machinery operators salary for one month from supplier side,Service cost for 1 years including spares. On Rs.100/- Stamp Paper as performat attached at Annexure-7

Details of Completed Projects by Bidder or Its Principal Manufacturer or its associates in last 5 years: As per Annexure-10. Total worth of all Projects in last 5 years not less than 10 crores.

Bidders Technical Eligibility Evaluation Check List To be Filled and Submitted online along with all above documents. Sealed and signed by the authorized person of the bidder

Bidder or its associates must have installed at least one similar project in the last 5 years

Bidder its associates must have installed at least one Solar Project of 250KW and above capacity in last 5 years

Site Visit by the primary bidder and submission of site visit report

Earnest Money Deposit EMD The total EMD is 40,00,000 Bidders shall pay 25,000 online through the Karnataka eProcurement Portal and submit the balance amount of 39,75,000as a Bank Guarantee (BG). Bidders possessing a valid MSME/Udyam, NSIC, or DPIIT Startup Certificate, wherever applicable for EMD exemption under the tender conditions, shall be exempted from submitting the Bank Guarantee. Failure to submit the required EMD/BG or valid exemption documents will result in rejection of the bid.
