Material and labour for maint free safe earthing system with set of four separate electrod to be used as grid earthing each pit complete with 01 Number UL 467 approved/CPRI tested copper bonded (copper cladded earth rod with 250 microns of copper cladding) earth rod with 17.2mm dia 3000mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 mtr deep blow ground level or L shape in case of Rocky condition (2 ft deep and 8 ft horizontol) with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mm x 25mmx6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mm x 5mm and further connected to test point terminal block alongwith the protection pipe of size 25mm bore med grade all as directed. each earth pit shall include minimum 50kg (two bags of 25kg each) NABL lab Certified back fill compound and 6 kg (two container of 3kg Each) NABL Lab Certified conductive gel compound for filling bore holes with mother soil mixed in 1:3 ratio (one part of back fill compound and three part of mother soil), so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohm including exacavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of poly pit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (a) Copper strip beyond test point shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Contractor shall give guarantee of minimum 2 yrs for the earting carried out by him. (c) The quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost for test point made of phosphorous bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long brass nuts and bolts complete all as directed. (d) Any other fittings / fixtures if technically required for archieving desired results (if not included above) shall be Shall borne by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance i.e below 1 Ohm is not obtained the contractor shall re-do the earthing by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) After achiving resistance less than 01 Ohm the contractor shall submit report to Engineer-in Charge duly signed by users after seccessfull completion of earthing.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles for loop earthing as required 25 x 5mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing copper cable 70 Sqmm single core with saddling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lightening arrestor Early streamer emmission type of 107 mtr range complete with following specification and accessories. (a) ESE (Early streamer emission) LA-107 mtr radius - 01 No (b) 5 mtr GI supporting Mast - 01 No (c) Test link box - 01 No (d) Lightening counter - 01 No All accessories for LA - 01 No (e) Earthing with copper bonded electrode (250 micron)- 17mm X 3mtr long with BFC 50Kg bags for each earth electrode including PCC earth chamber and pit cover complete connecting with 70 Sqmm single core copper cable all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge- 04 Nos (Note: Copper cable 70 Sqmm single core shall be measured and paid separately (f) complete ESE(Early streamer emission) LA installation- One Job (g) Rod installation including foundation with base plate for fixing of mast, rod and stay for supporting - 03 Nos (h) Saddling of complete LA - 60 RM (Approx)
