IMPROVEMENT/MAINT OF STREET/SECURITY LIGHTS IN OTM/OFFICES AREA AND CONNECTED ITEMS CANTT AREA UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Labour only with necessary T&P such as tool kit/ ladder to attend day to day security light/Flood light related works and repair/ replace the unsv spares such as driver control plate/Fuse assembly /cable from fittings to junction box/ GI pipe bracket/clamps/ kiosk box all other required work for making serviceable to security light fitting etc all street light poles 9 /11 mtr long, carried out all complints secure safety complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All required parts for making serviceable shall be measured seprately. (ii) Making serviceable one security light will be consider as single job. (iii) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced & paid under respective items of this Sch. (iv) T&P, complaint slip book, complaint register and ladder shall be provided by the contractor. (v) Complaints of street/flood lights shall be done on daily bases and after completion the complaint slip deposited to concern JE E/M.) (vi) Contractor shall depute minimum 2 staff daily to attend and rectify the complaint of street light. if not, Contractor shall have to bear a penalty of Rs 50.00 per complaint or maximum of Rs 500 per day on this account.

Supply in replacement to Driver cercuit plate of LED security light fitting capacity 25 to 60 Watt in origional suitable for Make/ model suggested by Deppt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate for fixing of the item shall be measured and paid under releavant item.

Supply in replacement to Driver cercuit plate of LED security light fitting capacity 70 to 120 Watt in origional suitable for Make/ model suggested by Deppt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate for fixing of the item shall be measured and paid under releavant item.

Supply in replacement to Driver cercuit plate of LED security light fitting capacity 150 to 200 Watt in origional suitable for Make/ model suggested by Deppt complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate for fixing of the item shall be measured and paid under releavant item.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.
