Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, getting out in Soft / Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 250 mm thick in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the Starting Point. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area including connections, bricks, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing to walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, etc. and kept in Safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Earth Work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items here-in-before.)

Re-laying only old Brick in trenches for under ground Cable Protection (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item here-in-before), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/ out unserviceable GI / HDPE Pipes of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing to wall / poles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50 mm bore High density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 80mm Bore (dia) ‘Light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in floors/ road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to incomming and outgoing cables of feeder pillar box / DB, 415 Volt, by taking out burnt portion, dressing, crimping, including replacement of gland, lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, etc. complete all as required at site. NOTE:- Items such as lugs, terminal nuts and bolts, etc. shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item-here-in-after.

Supply only Mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm,, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed of following sizes : -

S&F MCCB 4 Pole 160 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts, 50 Hz with extended copper terminals including taking out existing unserviceable / burnt MCCB from site, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand Cat Part No. 420057 or its equivalent model in Havells/ L & T/ SCHNEIDER/ C&S as approved by GE.

S&F MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts, 50 Hz with extended copper terminals including taking out existing unserviceable / burnt MCCB from site complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand Cat Part No. 420249 or its equivalent model in Havells/ L & T/ SCHNEIDER/ C&S as approved by GE.

S & F 4 Pole Power Contactor MCX-43 type rating 400A, 2NO + 2 NC, 240V, 50 Hz including taking out existing unserviceable Contactor from site, complete all as specified and directed. Make : L & T Cat Part No. CS97025 or its equivalent model in SIEMENS/ ABB/ SCHNEIDER as approved by GE.

M&L for painting to steel tubular pole 8.5 to 11.00 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and yellow strips and also marking pole No. remaining portion with alluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of LT panel / feeder pillar any size after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Paper to remove rust, dust etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable route marker of 350mm hight including grounting and radium painting HT/LT cast iron complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable route indicator including grounting and painting factory made precast RCC slab of size 100 cm x 40 cm x 80 mm thick duly embossed with MES HT Cable size of cable and grounting on the route of HT cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate of item includes excavation, PCC foundation for erection of route indicator. (ii) Slab of route indicator to be provided with min 4 Nos X 8 mm diameters TMT bars along length of slab with 7 Nos cross bar 6 mm dia in reinforcement with shuttering. (iii) Route indicator RCC slab to painting with two coat of colour synthetic enamel paint over on one coat of white primer base all as specified and directed.
