Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS-14930 Part II for cable protection of size 50mm OD and 38mm ID including all acessories such as bend, end caps and couplers etc,, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS-14930 Part II for cable protection of size 63mm OD and 50 mm ID including all acessories such as bend, end caps and couplers etc,, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of any size/type from trenches/ walls/ poles/ pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,Laying and connecting LT underground cable of size 2 Core 10 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any type/size and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs FRP junction box of inner size 140 x 140 x 95 mm , light weight light weight including 4 way connector for loop in and out of cable, fixed on pole/Wall/ Panel using necessary fasteners complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs FRP junction box of inner size 295 x 195 x 105 mm , light weight including 4 way Connector block for loop in and out of cable, fixed on pole/Wall/ Panel using necessary fasteners complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of junction boxes, weather/vermin proof made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet(CPRI approved) duly powder coated of size 50cmX 50cm x 20cm(depth), floor mounted free standing type, aluminium bus bar 150 Amps current carrying capacity for 3 Nos phase & neutral with colour coded heat shrinkable insulated sleeves and insulated support, provision for connecting 2 Nos independent Earthing and mounting the junction box with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, bedding upto height of 30cm above ground level complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of junction boxes, weather/vermin proof made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet(CPRI approved) duly powder coated of size 60cm X 60cm x 35cm(depth), floor mounted free standing type, comprising of MCCB 100A, 16 KA, 4P thermal magnetic release type as Incomer and aluminium bus bar 200 Amps current carrying capacity for 3 Nos phase & neutral to take out outgoing connections, colour coded heat shrinkable insulated sleeves, and insulated support, with holes drilled on Bus Bars, provision for connecting 2 Nos independent Earthing & mounting the junction box with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, bedding upto height of 30cm above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level and surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of size 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made up of galvanised iron or steel and protected by light grade 40mm dia galvanised iron pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to test point terminal all as specified or indicated including taking down old earthing & testing new earthing on completion all as directed. Note:- (a) The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit, test point terminal block, 25x4 mm dia GI strip from top of earth plate upto 5 mtr above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 5 meters, no price adjustment shall be made.
