REPAIR/MAINT OF CENTRAL AND PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANTS, ACs WATER COOLER, REFRIGERATOR, DEEP FREEZER AND OTHER MISC COOLING APPLIANCES INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

Comprehensive/preventive maintenance of the following Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer of different capacities by carrying out periodically maintenance of equipments including cleaning, lubrication, filling refrigerant gas etc, including chemical, anti moisture injection required for cleaning condenser/cooling coils complete and attending complaints all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge for following (a) 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity Split AC.

(b) 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity window type AC

( C) Water cooler of any capacity

(d) Refrigerator of any capacity

(e) Deep freezer of any capacity Note: for items No 1 to 1.03 (i) Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer shall be taken from department on "as and where installed" basis, (ii) Window/ Split Acs are to be maintained for heating as well as cooling mode all as specified and directed.A1 (iii) The contractor shall ensure and assesed at the site any initial maintenance required, to make the all Window/Split ACs/Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer/Desert cooler in fully proper working condition. (iv) The date of periodical check will start from the date of commencement of work. (v) After completion of contract, contractor shall hand over the all " handed over Window / Split ACs / Water cooler / Refrigerator /Deep Freezer/Desert cooler" in perfect running/functioning condition to the department. (vi) Contractor shall provide his authorised Cell/mobile No. and local address to contact and communicate the message for any break down and contractor's rep will visit the office twice a day (0930 Hrs and 1430 Hrs) to collect the day to day complaints of any nature/type. (vii) Penalty for not rectifying the defect in time(within 24 hrs)will be charged to contractor and the amount of penalty @ Rs 1000/- per complaint will deducted from the due payment of contract. (viii) Complaints will be treated as rectified only after user's "Satisfactory slip "will be produced by contractor to concerned JE E/M. (ix) Cost of attending day by day complaint is included in the rate quoted under this item, no extra payment for attending complaint shall be made. (x) Old material obtained from spares replaced under this item shall be contractor's property and will be measured as per credit schedule. (xi) Cost of minor spares i.e, insulation to copper tubes, soldering, internal wiring to cooling appliances are deemed to be included in the item rate, items other than mentioned will be measured and paid seperately, Refrigerant gas will only be measured when major items i.e, Comperessor, Condensing coil, Cooling coils are replaced, else cost of refrigerant gas required for less cooling, due to leakage etc will be deemed to be included in quoted rates. Labour required to carryout the maint / repairs for all repairs including testing and commissioning shall be deemed to be included in item rate as quoted by the contractor. (xii) Cost of T&P i.e, ladders, tools, brazing, welding, soldering required and transportation is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

All as per item No 3.00 above here in before but for Water cooler/refrigerator/deep freezer of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of cooling coil made out of copper tubing with aluminum fins including brazing to unit and leak testing suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton window/split AC as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item no 5.00 above but for refrigerator/ water cooler/ Deep freezer of any capacity as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out of desert cooler from the site, de-assembling, cleaning of distribution pipe for proper water spray on pads, oiling and greasing the fan motor and tullu pump, checking of electrical circuit, fixing broken parts with the help of nut bolts, welding if required etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for shifting of window/Split Air conditioner by safely removing it from existing location including making good to disturbed surfaces matching with existing and storing refrigerant gas securely and refixing the same at new location, providing proper insulation to Copper tubing and extention of existing copper tubing, providing mounting brackets for indoor and outdoor units if required including testing after shifting complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in Replacement of electrical lead from main connection 3 core PVC insulated copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm in PVC conduit concealed/recessed as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable outdoor unit and S&F in replacement outdoor unit of split type air conditioner 1.5 TR of existing make including condensing coil, condensor motor and fan blade, hermetically sealed compressor suitable for Non CFC based Refrigerant gas, inlet outlet copper valves to connect with indoor unit and other accessories as required including testing and connection with indoor unit complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable indoor unit and S&F in replacement indoor type unit of split type air conditioner 2.0 TR of existing make complete including blower, controller card, cooling coils remote control etc including testing and connection with outdoor unit complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable outdoor unit and S&F in replacement outdoor unit of split type air conditioner 2.0 TR of existing make including condensing coil, condensor motor and fan blade, hermetically sealed compressor suitable for Non CFC based Refrigerant gas, inlet outlet copper valves to connect with indoor unit and other accessories as required including testing and connection with indoor unit complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of rusted desert cooler body of desert cooler capacity upto 4000 cum/hr with front grill and three side louver fabricated out of 22 gauge mild steel plan black sheet and bottom water tank (sump) of size matching with existing fabricated out of 20 gauge mild steel plan black sheet including taking out and reinstallation complete with standard fitting such as PVC pipe for water, electric controls and switch, fan speed regulator rewiring of fan motor and water lifting pump including fixing and connecting existing cooler fan and electric pump with 3 core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cables (min 3 mtr in length). External surface shall be spray painted over a coat of red oxide primer and internal surface of body cooler pump and motor shall be painted with two coat of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as per sample and specified and directed by the Engr- in- Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of rusted louver suitable for desert cooler of capacity upto 4000 cum/hr as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of front grill including control panel prewired for desert cooler of capacity upto 4000 cum/hr as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of wood wool pads different sizes as required with fixing accessories of superior quality /high density for desert cooler complete and all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement front show grill of window AC 1.5 Ton capacity of any make as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for providing locking arrangement in water cooler tank for provisioning of padlock including hinges, fixing clamp, welding/nut bolts/rivetting as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement water collector rack in water cooler for safe flow of unused water as per existing sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to broken gates of deep freezer/water cooler/Refrigerators by providing proper hinges at ends and to ensure complete compactness of the equipment to arrest cooling inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 13 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation to metallic portion of room i.e gates/windows etc duly pasted using proper glue complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for removing the old unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit from Water cooler of 40/80 ltrs capacity and supply & fixing new sealed unit reciprocating type hermatically sealed compressor unit as per sample including charging of gas and oil to at adequate level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing the old unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit from Water cooler of 160/120 ltrs capacity and supply & fixing new sealed unit reciprocating type hermatically sealed compressor unit as per sample including charging of gas and oil to at adequate level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: Acid/Scale removal compound and required T&P should be provided by contractor without any extra cost. Note: Items to be replaced needs to be checked only for serviceability and will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule
