REPAIR MAINT INCL FILLING OF JOINTS AND CONNECTED ITEM IN RUNWAY AREA, B/R AND E/M NATURE OF HANGER AND PERIODIC PAINTING OF RUNWAY AT 1 (I) AND RO FLT AND REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED, SWITCHES, SOCKETS, LED LIGHT FITTINGS, SUBMAIN WIRING, UNSV A

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches,ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately and making dood disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC casing caping including all accessories etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken /surface boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly as per site requirment , covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, or PVC surface mounted modular box, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note- Modular cover plate and base plate of any module with all fittings are included in point wiring.) Contractor should make good even distributed wall/surface as before.

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

(d) One bell point controlled by one, bell switch 5 Amps

(e) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

Description all as per item No 2 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note- Modular cover plate and base plate of any module with all fittings are included in point wiring.) Contractor should make good even distributed wall/surface as before to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps
