Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area not exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters area exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4.0sqm without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and as directed.)

Supply and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 35mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk /wheat husk )and toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms ) having miniumum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800N (face) & 900N (Edge), miniumum compressive strength 50N/mm2,modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resisitance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof ,water/moisture proof and fire retardant .WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S S screws complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Stainless steel butt hinges shall be paid separately.)

S&F 30 mm thick, factory made wire mesh solid WPC (Wood Ploymer Composite) shutter of consisting density of 600kf /Cum and door to be panelled with SS Mosquito proof mesh and XTN aluminium mesh for additional strength complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 140 mm long aluminium anodized floor door stopper double legged with rubber shoe, fixed to bottom rail of door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel butt hinges of size 100mm medium weight, cold fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.
