M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7- 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 450x300 x 6-7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs WC squatting pan “Orissa Pattern” of size 580 x 440mm white with integral foot rest and 'S' or 'P' traps(cast iron 100mm bore) (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flush pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs viterous China WC pan pedestal pattern white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but incl & connecting to trap set & concrete for making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F seat cover of Vitreous china,pedestal pattern water closet including mild steel CP hings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of sunken slab floor or WC and Bath including WC trap etc incl taking down loose filling of aggregate in any type and removing where direted and providing water proofing treatment of sunken slab in following . (a) 15mm thick rendering on vertical sides of RCC slab in CM 1:3 mixed with WP chemical of Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions. (b) Cleaning the concrete surface by brushing and watering and remove all surface inperfections. (c) Fixing 40mm dia Pipe 450mm long bottom of the sunken and wraping of bath seal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor are and seal it (Bath seal tape product of Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent and grouting around the inserted pipes byu porable Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent bath seal grout as directed. (d) Make angle fillets by mixing sand cement of Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent on all corners. (e) Brushing neat cement slurry two coats with high performance cementitious polymer water proofing coating of Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent bath seal WPC of thickness 1mm in combination of WPC and cement (1:1.5) by vol and giving upto height 15cm from bottom slab and allow it dry completely. (f) Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC of Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent as per amnufacturer instructions in sunken slab over brick bat . (g) Fill the sanitary gaps with Sika/Fosroc/M/s Choksey or equivalent sealing compounds complete.

Supply and fix in repairs of PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity valve less syphonic action type low level with and incl ball valve float & handle, waste pipe & fixing accesseries to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair seat cover of Vitreous china,semi pedestal pattern water closet (Anglo indian type) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china wash basin , white , flat back, size 580 x 450 mm, excluding taps waste ,chain and plug and porcelain stopper but incluing brackets, waste pipe and PVC waste coupling and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe( overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement motor of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall finished fair & smooth in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall with mixing WPC as per manufacture direction by wt of cement finished fair & even in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid saperatly under respective item.
