Carry out break down maintenance of mill & Feeders - A to J, Seal Air Fans , and Mill hoist (LHS & RHS)

Charges for attending hot air leakage in labyrinth seal area by removing outer labyrinth seal- removing the studs at the height of 3 to 5 Metres, placing on the floor, checking labyrinth seal inner grooves, rectifing defects, fixing of graphite rope inside the labyrinth seal grooves, flushing of seal air lines of labyrinth seal area, leading, lifting and positioning labyrinth seal and refixing the studs, checking clearance between labyrinth seal and bowl hub and conducting trail run of mill including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables

Charges for patch welding of puncture in coal pipe/bend/mill outlet/fuel inlet elbow/transition piece of coal pipe/special bend, the old coal pipe to the required size, welding on the punctured location including hire charges for T&P's, scaffolding charges and cost of consumables.

Charges for removal of foreign material(s) out of the Mill upper bowl / under bowl / feeder area(s) including cost of hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for clearing the chocked coal from the under bowl at a height of 5m, by opening the under bowl inspection door, clearing the chocked coal in under bowl manually, clearing, removing the rejects /chocked coal in upper & lower reject oulet of pyrite hopper inspection of scrapper guard assembly and carrying out minor welding works if necessary, closing of under bowl door including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for attending breakdown works in feeder by closing of feeder inlet / bunker outlet gate manually, dismantling of feeder internals such as head pulley, take up pulley, supporting rollers etc., replacing of damaged feeder belt / bearing(s) / other internals with new/rectified one/ transporting of feeder materials from store to site/site to feeder floor at a height of 22 metres/ devolute replaced damaged material from site to stores, clearing of choked coal, overhauling and reassembling of all internals and belt tracking including hire charges for T &P's and cost of consumables

Charges for replacing the damaged grooved coupling/ gaskets at discharge coal pipes from mill to burner corners by providing necessary scaffolding at 10-30 metres, leading, lifting and positioning the scaffolding & supporting materials, arresting the coal pipes on either sides of the grooved coupling, dismantling and lowering of the damaged grooved coupling/gasket, lifting and reassembling of new grooved coupling with gasket, and positioning intact with coal pipes and releasing of supports and scaffolding materials, including the hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.

Charges for replacement of damaged resilient coupling disc element and alignment of motor to mill gear box by dismantling the resilient coupling, distance piece, damaged disc element and lowering in to the floor, correction of verticality and alignment of fan and motor by taking pre alignment reading and verticality, removing the motor lock plate, checking the mill gear box lock plate, complete cleaning of motor foot, base plate, housing base and positioning, correction of verticality by add/ removal of shim at driven end, non driven end and motor aligning the gear box and motor axilly and radially with in the limits, checking the tightness of all bolts, providing motor locking plate, refixing the resilent coupling with new disc element, tightening the bolts, trial run of the mill including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for decoupling of motor and LOP pump, removing of casing, motor and LOP from its bed, removal of worn out mechanical seal, dismantling of the pump internals, cleaning the pump internals, changing the worn out parts and re assembling the pump, replacing of rectified/new mechanical seal and aligning the motor with pump, conducting of trail run including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for dismantling & removal of journal door from mill for rectification/ replacement/ attending defects in journal assembly/bull ring segments/ bull ring clamping ring/grinding rollers/ journal skirt/ bowl hub assembly including cost of consumables and hire charges for Tools & Plants.

Charges for re-fixing the journal door after attending the breakdown works for rectification/ replacement/attending defects in journal assembly/bull ring segments/bull ring clamping ring/grinding rollers/journal skirt/bowl hub assembly including cost of consumables and hire charges for Tools & Plants.

Charges for dismantling, complete overhauling and assembling of hoist motor including warnish coating etc.,including hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for collection of coal / chocked coal from feeder/bunker, loading, transporting using tractor, weighing in department weigh bridge, dumping the coal at coal yard of NCTPS-III as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Carry out up keeping and routine maintenance works in the Mill and Feeder components

Charges for cleaning & upkeeping in and around Mill equipments, Feeder area, LOP area, Hot air, Cold air Gate & Damper area, seal air fan area and general inspection and continous monitoring of vital parameters in Mills, Feeders, Seal air fan syatems, Lube oil system, Hot air & Cold air gates, Hot air & Cold air dampers, Feeder Gates, Bunker gates, Mill rejects, coal burner corners, coal pipes and coal powder leaks including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables

Charges for checking the oil levels in Journal assemblies, Mill Gear box, feeder gear box & COC gear box and Top up the oil to the requirement, checking the mill, feeder internals, removal of clinkers, wires, non grindable bags from upper bowl & under bowl, greasing feeder inlet span rollers and adjust belt tension and chain tension to requirement in feeder greasing cardon coupling springs and journal stop bolt and boxedup including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for ring roll setting and Journal spring gap adjusting including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables

Charges for cleaning the dynavan filter of seal air fan, dismantling bottom chocked pipe line, flushing the pipe line for chock if any, refixing then normalising including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for attending coal powder leaks in mill discharge lines of coal pipe/bend/mill outlet/fuel inlet elbow/ transition piece of coal pipe/special bend/coupling areas/ by using suitable leak arresting compound including hire charges for T&P's, scaffolding charges and cost of consumables

Charges for inspection and setting of spring compression by dismantling the cover, cleaning all the internals thoroughly with suitable cleaning agents, releasing the locking key, mounting & fixing the hydraulic kit, adjusting and setting the journal spring compression with kit to the requirement, locking, rectification of defects in cover and reassembling the cover & checking the spring compression during mill trial operation including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for cleaning the chocked coal in clean out conveyor area manually, dismantling the chains, drive sprocket, driven sprocket, inspection of bearings, cleaning and reassembling / changing of bearings, assembling all the dismantled components back in to original position, conducting trial run, checking for normal operation and commissioning, including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for cleaning the lube oil filter for maintaning the sufficient differential pressure by charging the lube oil standby filter, isolating the chocked lube oil filter , removing the lube oil top cover of the chocked filter, draining the lube oil, removing of filter from the lube oil system, cleaning of sediments in the filter, repalcing the filter after cleaning and putting back lube oil filter including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Charges for cutting & removing the worn-out / dislocated scrapper block or bracket, welding of new or released old scrapper bracket or block, by rectifying the defects and damages in the scrapper mounting areas of bowl hub skirt, including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables

Charges for rectification & refixing of mill journal head liner assembly by removing the damaged liner assembly from upper bowl, rectification such as removing bends, refixing liner, providing additional support and lifting, positioning and refixing into journal and tightening the bolts and welded the supports & checking the journal rotation including hire charges for T&P's and cost of consumables.

Carrying out routine and preventive maintenance of mill reject handling system and its connected equipment’s, excluding compressor and PLC

Charges for upkeeping and maintenance of Mill Reject Handling System round the clock, including Over size and bypass valve manual operation , removing of accumulated rejects in the trench and cleaning of coal /mill rejects choke in pyrite hoppers etc.,including cost of consumables and hire charges for tools and plants

Charges for lubricating the valves such as mill reject inlet valves, over size valves, by pass valve, checking the connected pipe lines and valves and arresting leaks if any including cost of consumables and hire charges for tools and plants

Charges for attending defects in pyrite hoppers inlet valves, oversize valves and other operating valves by arresting the pipes, dismantling the valves from its position, dismantling and removing the valve seals, cleaning the cylinder, reassembling the new seal kit & lubricating the cylinder, refixing the rectified valves in its position and checking the valve operation including cost of consumables and hire charges for tools and plants.

Attending to general cleaning , daily maintenance and minor repair works in the AC system of power house building, service building ,ESP building, GIS Building,PWSGR Building,AHP Switch gear building and attending breakdown works in split AC's ,SWAS system & Package units in service building,ICHS & ECHS

Charges for upkeeping of the equipments & floors and close monitoring of Equipments such as chiller compressor oil level, gas pressure and liquid level, water temperature and pressure ,pumps, Air handling units, cooling tower water & oil level maintaining, cleaning of air filters in split Ac's and checking water leakage related pipe lines in the power house building, service building ,ESP building, GIS Building, PWSGR Building, AHP Switch gear building and attending breakdown works in split AC's ,SWAS system & Package units in service building, ICHS & ECHS . Checking the tightness & alignment of ‘V’ belts in the AHU units and replacing if necessary, Greasing of AHU unit blower bearings, by cleaning the plumber block bearings, applying new grease / oil to both drive end & non drive ends of Air Handling Units, including Hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for Cleaning of air filters and cooling coil in the AHU's located in the 19 Nos at various places such as PWSGR, GIS SGR,AHPSGR,Admin building, CCR and ESP control room by dismantling the dry metallic filters in order to improve the cooling effect in the control room,removing the coal & ash dust deposits in the chiller coil thoroughly, including Hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for Cleaning of 14 Nos of FRP cooling tower collection basin fills, nozzles, against coal & ash powder deposits. By isolating the cooling tower inlet & outlet valves ,Draining the dusty water & after cleaning fill with new water in PHB, service building,to avoid chocking in condenser & to improve AC effect, condenser and chilled water pumps, renewal of gland packing, Cleaning of strainers & filters in PHB, service building,, including cost of consumables and tools & plants. including Hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for package unit towards Pressure checking ,leak identification attending the leak by tightening the ferruls filling gas to the required pressure R22/R407 in package units in service buillding, ECHS & ICHS building including cost of consumables and Hire charges for Tools & Plants

Charges for attending the repair works of Gate valves, NRV, Globe valves, dismantling of valves cleaning ,inspection of internal parts such as stem, bush, gland, fasteners, lapping the valve and valve sheet, inspection of stem,renewal parts if damaged/rectified reassembly of internal parts with new gland rope and leak checking in PWSGR, GIS SGR,AHPSGR,Admin building, CCR and ESP, including cost of consumables and Hire charges for Tools & Plants.

Charges for servicing Power house building condenser water pumps ,chilled water pumps decoupling and dismantling of pumps, cleaning, checking of pump internals such as impeller shaft, bearings, sleeves, casing rings, gland sleeve, coupling etc., replacing the wornout parts, assembling the pump, aligning with motor and trail run.

Charges for attending Jamming/Chocking in air control dampers dismantling, checking operation and rectification work of providing suitable fasteners, lubricating in PWSGR, GIS SGR,AHPSGR,Admin building, CCR, service building and ESP

Charges for attending Jamming/Chocking in supply air diffuser dismantling, cleaning, operation checking by open & close and rectification work of with grill assembly at various size by providing suitable fasteners, lubricating in PWSGR, GIS SGR, AHPSGR,Admin building, ECHS & ICHS control room, CCR, service building and ESP.

Charges for changing the 3.0TR/2.5TR/ 2.0TR/ 1.5TR compressor of the split unit Dismantling, fixing and commissioning

Charges for Refilling the R22 refrigerant for 3.0TR/2.5TR/ 2.0TR/ 1.5TR Split units including the cost of transporting, refilling, testing, commissioning.

Charges for Dismantling the erected 3.0TR/2.5TR/ 2.0TR/ 1.5TR Split unit and to refix the same in required area at NCTPS III site premises

Charges for split AC 3.0TR/2.5TR/ 2.0TR/ 1.5TR towards replacement of blower/condenser fan/motor by dismantling the old one and fixing it with new one or with reconditioned and lubricating the fan bearing and aligning including reconditioning of motor condenser/blower,cost of consumables and tools & plants.

Charges for split AC 3.0TR/2.5TR/ 2.0TR/ 1.5TR towards the servicing of electrical components, such as capacitor, relay, cable lugs, timer circuit, MCB assembly, reassembling testing & trail run and replacement of above spares if necessary, including cost of consumables and Hire charges for Tools & Plants.

Charges for split AC towards servicing of stabilizer 5Kva rating (1.5TR capacity) towards the replacement of electrical components if required such as relay etc., attending the fault of stabilizer, i.e electrical circuit protections, time delay etc, including cost of consumables and Hire charges for Tools & Plants.

Charges for Attending the routine maintenance / minor repair works in Split Units at various locations throughout the plant.

Charges for patch welding in 250NB/200NB/150NB/100NB/80NB/ 50 NB pipelines in power house building and service building AC system

Carry out up keeping, routine and continuous monitoring of the Unit & switch yard air washer system to improve ventilation effect in LT & HT switch gears, TG floors and switch yard

Charges for upkeeping & cleaning of the equipments, floors in and around the plant room and close monitoring of equipments such as air washer system water level in the collection basin, ensuring the incoming water supply, checking of pump pressure, identifying the water leakage in the pump gland and checking water leakage in pipe lines, cleaning of pre filters in the air Washer Systems and Diffusers in ventilation system around the clock, including cost of consumables and T&Ps.

Checking the tightness & alignment of ‘V’ belts in the air Washer blower fans and adjust if necessary, Greasing of air Washers blower bearings in the unit ACWPH and switch yard including cost of consumables and T&Ps.
