Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L double charged Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L double charged Vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchin floors etc and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for vertical surfaces such as skirting etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for glazed, colour ceramic wall tiles (group B III), 300 mm X 450 mm X 7-8 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in dado , skirting and riser etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M20 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC M20 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
