Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in roofs (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), floors (other than ground floor) beams, stair cases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in platform / staging for tanks plant forms etc., all as specified and directed.

Removing of building materials / demolished concrete material exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr and depositing where directed all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base course to floor 100mm thick all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in flooring 100mm thick all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 ltrs hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

25mm bore dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment on roof, cleaning with wire brushes including removing debris from roof of any description all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of roof slab, providing 20 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% weight of cement) over PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% weight of cement) all as specified and directed. NOTE:1. The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of removing the vegetation on roof slab and removing plants, grass, etc. if any, preparation of roof surfaces by roughening to receive water proofing treatment and also cleaning the blockages in rain water pipes if any as required at site all as directed. NOTE :2 Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane mineral finish, 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster / HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer @ 0.10 Ltr / Sqm having softening point not less than 300N / Sqcm, side lap & end lap 15cm, over a coat of bitumen primer @ of 1.2 Kg / Sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ of 0.10 Kg/ Sqm & finished all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern tiles or similar pattern tiles on roof all as specified and directed.

Roof Tiles Mangalore pattern interlocking at side, joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Ridge or Hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wrought Iron or Mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete conforming to Fe290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Precast PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manhole etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water trough,mangers, sheles and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including removing of old broken cover slab complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Steel Chequered Plates of 6mm thick (plain or chequered), channels, square or rectangular cut or notched (Ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachments Fe 290 (Gde E 165) all as specified and directed.
