Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" water Cooled, Diesel Generating Set along with having Prime mover power rating of 62.5 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine:electronic governor, Liquid cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C at 1000 Meter MSL and capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 62.5 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C at 1000 Meter MSL.The alternator will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. c) Fuel Tank : OEM recommended fuel tank shall be considered (d) Exhaust System: OEM recommended Exhaust shall be considered (e) Starting System: OEM recommended battery specification and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand etc. (f) Acoustic Enclosure : Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per OEM specifications. (g)AMF panel along with necessary control, metering and protection systems suitable for 62.5 KVA DG set etc as required as per Technical specification. (h)The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards.

Supplying and fixing following way, Vertical type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCCB/MCB/RCCB/Isolator)(VTPN DB) 6way (8 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing folowing amps rating, 240 / 415 volts, C - curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Existing 02 nos. DG set to be dismentaled at DVOR site in Port Blair and shifted from DVOR site to Port Blair Airport.

SITC of 30 watt LED fixture suitable for outdoor applications with heat sink, driver & all accessories etc as required operating on 140 v -270 volts & 50 Hz, CRI>70% & IP 65 (minimum) for complete fixture as per technical specifications. Driver shall be with THD less than 10% & Constant Current Constant Voltage(CCCV) and power factor greater than 0.95.

Supply of 5 star rated energy efficient, 1.5 TR, invertor type, single phase, wall mounting type split Air conditioner unit, consisting of indoor unit, out door unit, cordless remote control, refrigerant gas, standard length of refrigerant pipe, drain pipe, power cable etc. and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 HZ, single phase AC supply etc. as per OEM standard and complete as required as per technical specifications.

Installation testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR Single phase Split AC units including fixing the condenser unit by providing and fixing suitable dimension of angle iron stand duly painted and fixing of evaporator unit including fixing of liquid & suction line, wiring between indoor and outdoor units, drain piping, insulation etc. supplied with unit, first charge of refrigerant etc. complete as required as per site conditions

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.
