Grubbing up tree of girth exceeding 100 cm and not exceeding 150 cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m and clearing site as directed by EIC.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as directed by EIC.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors , gates but excluding framed truss etc., & as directed by EIC.

Taking down window Shutters with frame of any description not exc 1.0 sq. m each and handing over the same to CE(E)/Store.

Taking down door shutters with frame or cupboard shutter with frame exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00sqm each without taking shutter from the frame and handing over the same to CE(E)/Store.

Taking down plastering cement lime or cement mortar

M&L for dubbing in CM1:6, 10mm thick on faces of old brick work /concrer surfaces.

M & L for providing plastering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on brick / concrete surface.

Excavating hard/dense soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for sand filling in foundation including watering and consolidation as directed by EIC.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete PCC 1:4:8 D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated in flooring as directed by EIC.

Material and labour fo PCC 1:2:4, B2 type using 20mm graded aggregated in foundation and flooring as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar type of tile in roofing as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40sq.cm and over in section on any position in framed work as directed by EIC.

Dismantling of AC sheet (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) in roofing covering as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvaume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a color having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to walll fixed with self tapping screws as specified as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for painting steel work with two coat of synethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide inculding preparation of new steel surfaces as directed by EIC.

M & L Forming jambs Cement mortar 1:4,Making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers.including allpinning when necessary

Supply and fixing of holdfast made out of 25 X 6 mm flat fixed to Door frame.

M& L for brick work built in CM 1:6 using Sub-class"B" Bricks as per SSR & as directed by EIC.

Labour charges inculding removal of existing damaged perforated board from aluminium grid work and realigning repositioning , levelling and replacement of suppoting hanger, bolts, nuts etc if any required

Material and labour for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified Size of grid 605 x 605mm

Supply and fixing of perforated particle board/ tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes . 60*60 cm in 12mm thick in size , fixed on snap grid as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for applying two coat of interior emulsion on internal ceiling surfaces with one coat of primer including preparation of new surface

S/F of plain solid straight chowkats and frames , wrougth framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together , with glue pinned at joints of 2nd class hard wood as directed by EIC

S&F of glazed and skeleton door/window/ ventilator shutters made out of II class hard wood of 30 mm thickness open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire mesh etc., (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, wire mesh etc., Size of members of shutters all complete.

Supply and fixing sheet glass ordinary quality of 4.00mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sq.m in each pane .

Supply and fixing of Hook and eye of mild steel wire type I for 150mm size.

S/F of IInd class plain 40 mm thick , panelled shutter ( any number of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides and fitted to chowkats as per SSR & as directed by EIC

M & L for painting to wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparing new wooden surfacesas per SSR & as directed by EIC .

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar Exc.half brick work but not exc.one brick for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required.

Material and labour for colour washing two coat inculding preparation of Old de corateed surface as directed by EIC.

M & L for OBD two coats on old plastered walls inculding preparing the old plastered surfaces as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed in CM 1:4 15mm thick complete.

M& L for Virifield ceramic tiles 10mm thick (sq/rectangular) polished , area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc., Set and jointed in nead cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed in CM 1:4 15mm thick complete as directed by EIC.(Light shade).
