Chagres for metal filling and machining of 2000NB butterfly valve body seating area and valve flap seating area to make a smooth surface including cost of consumables, sleeve material and T&Ps

Charges for inserting of new SS valve seat in to the valve body 2000 NB, metal filling by TIG welding at pitted base metal inner surface of the valve matching with SS seat , Grinding and buffing of valve seat matching surface to ensure the perfect fitment, blue matching of metal builed inner surface of valve with new SS valve seat and repeat the same to achieve the proper fitting.

Charges for Welding the complete circumference (6280 mm) of the NB 2000 dia ASTM A240 SS 316L Valve seat with ASTM A439 D2 Casting valve body by using special type welding electrode.

Charges for TIG welding to provide additional support to equal distance at SS valve seat ring and valve body.

Charges for Reassembling of new valve door rubber seal by providing new SS locking strips 48 Nos & 96 Nos SS locking studs and nuts.
