Maintenance of Electrically Driven Fire Pump : Scope of Work: maintenance of an electrically driven horizontal end suction centrifugal fire pump conforming to IS 12469:1988. The pump comprises a cast iron casing, bronze impeller, and stainless steel shaft, mounted on heavy-duty bearings. The pump operates at 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, with specifications as follows: Fire pump electrically driven horizontalend Suction, centrifugal type confirming to IS- 12469 :1988 with CI Casing , bronze impeller and Stainless steel shaft mountedon heavy duty bearings Suitable for continuous operation with 'range of operation' 0 % to 150 % of rated capacity for 440 V , 3 Phase. 50 Hz 70m Head, 2280 LPM discharge,2900 RPM complete all as specified and as directed. Maintenance activities include but are not limited to:- (a) Checking and tightening of all mechanical and electrical connections. (b) Inspection and lubrication of bearings. (c) Checking alignment and vibration of pump and motor assembly. (d) Impeller inspection and cleaning (if dismantling is required). (e) Mechanical seal and shaft seal inspection. (f) Motor insulation resistance (IR) testing. (g) Verification of pump performance (head, flow). (h) Checking foundation bolts and grouting condition. (j) Cleaning and painting (if required)

Maintenance of Diesel Engine Driven Fire Pump : Scope of Work: maintenance of a diesel engine driven, horizontal end suction, centrifugal fire pump conforming to IS 12469:1988. The pump assembly includes a cast iron casing, bronze impeller, and stainless steel shaft, mounted on heavy-duty bearings, and is suitable for continuous operation within a range of 0% to 150% of rated capacity.: (Specifications : Discharge 2280 LPM / Head 70 Mtr / Speed 1800 RPM / Power Supply (for controls/starting system): 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz (AC)) complete all as specified and as directed.

Diesel Engine Maintaince :- (a) Inspection and cleaning of fuel system (fuel filters, injection system). (b) Checking and tightening of all fasteners and mountings. (c) Lubrication system check (engine oil level, oil filter replacement). (d) Air intake system inspection (cleaning or replacement of air filters). (e) Cooling system inspection (radiator, coolant level, hoses, fan). (f) Battery and electrical system inspection (starter motor, alternator, wiring). (g) Engine cranking and functional testing. (h) Checking for unusual noise, vibrations, or smoke.

Pump Maintaince :- (j) Bearing inspection and lubrication. (k) Shaft alignment check. (l) Impeller inspection (if dismantling is needed). (m) Mechanical seal and gland inspection. (n) Pump casing and fastener checks. (o) Vibration and performance check during operation.

Control Panel and Accessories:- (p) Testing of control panel for automatic/manual starting. (q) Checking engine shutdown safety devices (low oil pressure, high temperature). (r) Verification of annunciators and indicators. (s) Vibration and performance check during operation.

General:- (t) Cleaning of entire pump and engine assembly. (u) Checking foundation bolts and mountings.

Maintenance of Jockey Pump (Horizontal End Suction Type): Scope of Work: Scope of Work:maintenance of a jockey pump, horizontal end suction, centrifugal type, conforming to IS 12469:1988, with cast iron (CI) casing, bronze impeller, and stainless steel shaft, mounted on heavy-duty bearings. The pump is designed for automatic operation with non-overloading power characteristics, suitable for frequent start/stop operations.. (Specifications : Discharge 180 LPM / Head 70 Mtr / Operating Voltage: 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz / Duty: Continuous/Automatic with frequent cycling) complete all as specified and as directed. Maintenance Activities :- (a) Inspection and cleaning of pump casing, suction and discharge lines (b) Lubrication and inspection of shaft bearings (c) Inspection and testing of the impeller and shaft (for wear or imbalance) (d) Mechanical seal and gland packing check (e) Motor inspection including IR (Insulation Resistance) testing (f) Verification of pump alignment and vibration (g) Testing automatic start/stop function via pressure switch/control panel (h) Check for leaks, unusual noise, or overheating during operation (j) Tightening of all electrical and mechanical connections (k) Foundation and mounting check (l) Cleaning of external surfaces and surrounding area

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs of Pressure switch Universal type complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance & Servicing of Air Cushioning Tank : Scope of Work:Routine maintenance and servicing of the Air Cushioning Tank (Air Vessel) of size 250 mm diameter x 1000 mm height fabricated from minimum 6 mm thick MS pipe/plate with dished top, including all associated valves, pressure gauges, and fittings. complete all as specified and as directed.
