SUPPLY OF POWER TRANSFORMER Design, construction, assembly, manufacturing, Painting, Inspection, testing of oil filled Power Transformer at vendor’s work. Packing, supply and delivery to site complete with all fittings, accessories and associated equipment which are required for efficient and trouble free operation Supervision of Installation, Testing and Commissioning along with Accessories, Commissioning spares, Special tools & Tackles and Third party Inspection for EPCM-2, P25 PROJECT at IOCL PANIPAT REFINERY as specified in Material Requisition.

Following transformer(s) complete with all accessories in accordance with these specifications. A) TR-118031 & TR-118032: 2 nos Transformers (1 Lot) 1. 66/6.9kV, 25/31.5 MVA, 3-phase, 50Hz, impedance as per data sheet, ONAN/ ONAF rating, Oil immersed, Conservator type transformer, On Load Tap Changer (OLTC), Marshalling Box & Cooling fan control cabinet Transformers shall be supplied with first fill of oil and 10% extra oil in non-returnable drums. 2. RTCC Panel (one per transformer) 3. Online PD Monitoring System for each transformer, complete with all accessories in accordance with this specification. 4.Online De-hydration facility (Online removal of moisture) shall be provided for each transformer with remote monitoring system of all parameters complete with all accessories in accordance with this specification. 5. Portable monitoring, setting, analysis & parameterization tool (Laptop) with Licensed copy of the operating softwares for Online PD Monitoring & online dehydration System
