II. Sinking of a new collection well at Bharathi Street, Anna Nagar, Puducherry. Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m ; disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses - all kinds of soil.

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Extra for laying concrete in or under water and /or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc. complete (Note:The quantity will be calculated by multiplying the depth measured from the subsoil water level upto centre of gravity of concrete under sub soil water level with quantity of concrete in cum executed under the sub-soil water.The depth of centre of gravity shall be reconed correct to 0.10m, 0.05 m or more shall be taken as 0.10 m and less than 0.05m ignored.

Extra for laying concrete in or under foul positions.

Fixing of 150 mm wide PVC encapsulated steps in the manholes with 200 x 200 x 100 mm CC block in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement ,one and half sand and three hard broken granite stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) all as shown in drawings.

III. Supply, delivery and commissioning 2 nos of Submersible non-clog pumps for a duty point of 15 to 20m head and discharge of 100-150cum/hr at Peter Nagar, Puducherry Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps/ vertical spindle type pump/ wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions as stated in the annexure, pump shall be capable of handling min 100mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction. Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump impeller should be of non-clog semi open type, single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps to have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be

provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 960 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pump sets. Casing should be of CI Gr. FG 260: IS 210 and impeller should be of stainless steel AISI CF BM (SS316). Cooling jacket should be in stainless steel of SS 304. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410. The submersible motor shall be operated with 3 ph, 415 V ( + or - IOo/o),50 Hz (+ or - 5o/o) dry induction type, Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 2OO% of rated full load current for Star / Delta_or ATS starting under any circumstances. The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting, The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 72O% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation. The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards. Motor should be of IE2,

explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta / ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius), bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Ipsulation class shall be of "Class H" and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition. The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of 'cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2 core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10mtrs of round submersible copper cable of suitable size. The non clog submersible pump set shall be provided with suitable starter control pane having all protection as mentioned above (up to 5HP DOL starter, above 5HP-25HP- Star- Delta panel and

beyond 25HP shall be ATS). Rate inclusive of supply erection of motor pump set other allied accessories such as control panel board with all accessories and Auto coupling, lifting chain with hand rail etc., as detailed above. Rate also inclusive of all taxes and charges for Supply and erection of non clog sewage type submersible motor pump. The motor should be mounted with bottom of bed at sewage well by using pulley block. Checking alignment of pump to bottom bed. After mounted the motor, connecting power cables and other control cables are proper route wiring from well to control panel. After connecting the cable and completion of work, the motor should be trail run including all labour Lifting and transporting etc., complete. The necessary dewatering using diesel/electric pump set to drain the well and necessary RCC concrete foundation with necessary SS foundation bolts & nuts for mounting the pump set etc., complete. As directed by the departmental officers. Duty point of 15 to 20m head and discharge of 100-150cum/hr (Rate include GST)

Earth work excavation above water level and depositing on bank in sandy silt or other soil, wet sand or silt, light black cotton soil or clay, sandy loam & ordinary soil for I.C's man hole, well, infiltration, suction well including driving shoring materials etc. for excavation purpose and removing the shoring materials and refilling the trenches with excavated earth complying with standard specification., complete - For first depth of 2 metres (using close timbering).

IV. Rectification roads from from Peter Nagar to PRTC Pumping station to extending sewerage facilities to Anna nagar, Sakthi Nagar and Sourrounding areas, Zone-IV Nellithope, Puducherry Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Cleaning the site by removing the slushy soil on both the sides of road and making the road fit for laying WBM and making smooth surface for vehicular traffic including disposing the same within 2Km lead.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded meterial, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, by mixing place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - By mix in place method for grading II material

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushabl type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel Screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by mechanical means - Water bound macadam Gr-III with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

V. Supply, delivery and erection and commissioning of 30 KVA / 24 KW Diesel Genset with Auto main faliure control panel at Anna Nagar, Bharathi Street, Puducherry, Puducherry.. Supplying of 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles, 0.8 power factor for electric starting diesel generator comprising the following units:- (Kirloskar/ Leyland/Ruston/Greaves Cotton/Cummins make) air cooled and shall be of multi stroke, multi cylinders, cold starting, developing not less than 43 BHP under normal temperature and pressure. The engine shall conform to I.S. 10002 with latest amendments. It shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours of continous operation including 6 Nos. of anti vibration pads.The engine shall be complete with the following accessories:Electrical starting provision, engine cooling fan, fuel and lubricating oil filters, oil bath, air filter, lub oil pressure gauge 90 litres capacity fuel tank mounted with engine, hour meter with exhaust manifold, flexible pipe, 12 /24 volts electric starting equipment complete with starter, alternator and one 12 volts with 19 plates battery of make AMCO/ STANDARD/ EXIDE/ DAGANITE (with Guarantee cards) of adequate capacity and low lubricating oil pressure/high temperature varying engine shut down devices.The Acoustic enclosure shall have the following: Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Powder coating is done after

seven tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam/Rock Wool as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel.Base frame is fabricated either in ISMC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and alternator, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure and it is having provision of lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator.Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections of suitable capacity. The Acoustic enclosure shall be Type test approved as per CPCB norms. The average sound level, when measure in green field condition (ISO m3744 OR 8528 PT 10) at 1-meter distance from all four sides shall be less than 75-dBA average or as per CPCB norms. The average stabilized hot air temperature rise with in the canopy is maintained with in 10 C over and above ambient

temperature.Acoustic enclosure is suitable for Outdoor / Indoor installation. Lockable doors shall be provided. Lockable fuel filling arrangement to be provided external to the canopy. Residential Silencer is housed in the canopy. The exhaust gasses shall be taken out through a suitable flexible pipe to prevent any back pressure on the engine. It shall be with end shield/ball roller bearings complete.Control PanelA wall/pedestal mounting (cubical type) fabricated sheet steel construction suitable for

Design, fabrication and supply of 30 KVA DG set AMF (Auto Main Failure) control panel with EB Bypass function.

Supply and laying of 6 core x 2.5 sqmm copper flexible cable for AMF control wiring.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

VI. Construction of genset platform and safety arrangement to the Genset at Anna Nagar, Bharathi Street, Puducherry, Puducherry.. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m -All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nets 8mm dia G.S paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.
