Earthwork in bulk excavation for all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) over areas exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 metres width as well as 10 Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 metre including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying stone soling laid dry hand packed with all costs and carriages complete upto the site of work including necessary dewatering wherever required (Finished work to be measured)

Providing and laying of cement concrete (mud mat) in kerbs, toe walls crash barrier steps and the like at or near ground level including curing in M 7.5 Grade 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) volumetric batching including loading, unloading, leads, lifts and all carriages complete upto the site of work complete job.

Supply of boulder stones for packing in wire crates with all carriages, labour, loading, unloading and all costs of machinery involved complete job.

Hand packing of Boulder stones in Wire Crates excluding cost of crates and stones but including all costs of labour and machinery involved.

Supply of Wire crates made with 4 mm dia wires conforming to IS 280 and 4826 in mesh weaved diagonally including 10 % extra for laps and joints including its carriage to the site of work complete job with necessary grouting by 1:6 cement mortar and including a coat of primer and 2 coats of paint over the wire creates.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate) and curing complete with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing of Formwork with steel shuttering plates for crash barrier including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. including cleaning of existing mortar , applying of shuttering oil and ready for next use including loading , unloading with all carriages complete upto the site of work complete job.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending binding and placing in position all complete above plinth level with TMT bars of Grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete design Mix M-25 graded cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved design mix excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing& reinforcement including loading, unloading, leads, lifts and all carriages complete upto the site of work and as per directions of Engineer Incharge complete job.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (2 or more coats) applied including a priming coat of exterior primer complete job.

Demolishing of brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and shifting to BTF pampore and disposal of unserviceable material within 50mtrs lead as per directions of Engineer incharge with loading, unloading and all carriages complete.

Taking out doors , windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood0 including stacking within 50Mtrs lead of area of 3Sqm and below and shifting to BTF Pampore as per directions of Engineer incharge with loading, unloading and all carriages complete.
