Supply and Laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, of size 95 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, jointing testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, of size 185 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying, jointing, testing and connecting XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, of size 240 Sqmm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv any type HT cable and any type and size from laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of the existing HT UG cable of any size in trenches / pipes / pole for re-routing the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For item No 1 to 5 (i) Excavation, Removing, Returning filling, cable joint, sand, PCC cover will be paid in relevant items.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable and then punned. After punning the thickness of sand cushioning shall be 18 cm complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose only.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm. all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing HT PCC cable route indicator of size (H)175mm x (l)150mm thick, (thick)75 cm long and upper front side each indicator shall be embracing 4mm deep with words "HT CABLE" and two coats of synthetic enamel brown along HT cable trench after every 30 Mtr and corner & on any turnning, road crossing etc including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 11000 Volts Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm size including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 100 mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Contractor without any extra cost to department.

M&L for 100 mm nominal bore GI pipe /tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead / passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for plate earthing for sub station equipments (Transformer/ lightning arrestor / Panels/ RMUs) complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 50mm bore GI grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I. The scope of work also includes necessary excavation and earthwork.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of Transformer of Capacity 63 KVA to 2000 KVA from one location to another location or MES store yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including disconnecting all LT/HT/Earthing/Nut bolts etc connection and shifting to the place as directed including re-connection at new location without disturbing elctrical supply not more than 6 Hours all as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregated) as in coping using necessary form work for Existing Pole coping complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation including form work and finishing the exposed surface of concrete even and smooth for Existing Transformer/ Panel/ Stay foundationall as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv HT pole any type / Size and Supply and errecting steel tubular pole swaged type 11.0 Meter long, type 410 SP-55, IS-2713 marked complete with M&L for mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation and around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block duly finished even and smooth without using extra cement, disposal of surplus soil to a distanc not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing on exposed surfaces and embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint including the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative 05 Nos bands/straps of black & Green colour (each band of 20cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enameled paint up to 1.5 m height complete incl shifting all Existing connecting / Chanel/ bracket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Triming of tree branches (tree prunning) up to 75mm dia to clear the route of HT/LT Feeder over head lines arround area the 3 Mtr from the external conductors including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places all as specified and directed.

M&L, Triming of tree branches (tree prunning) to clear the route of Sub station, Transformer surrounding area including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, Surface Dressing/Cleaning for 2/4 pole structure area / transformer plinth area / sub station surrounding area including removing of tree branches, small tree, plants and bushes etc complete all as directed.

Finding out the cable fault of any size and any capacity of cable from LT 1100 Volt grade to 33000 KV with the help of cable fault loacator and with Necessary disconnection of cable from two ends and connection after repairs and having the following items with electrician at site up to length of 0.5 KM cable complete all as specified and directed:-(a) Surge Generator with accessories - 01 Nos,(b) Head Phone - 01 Nos ,(c) Pin Point set T-505 with accessories - 01 Nos (d) Earthing cable with clamp - 01 Set ,(e) Cable fault locator T-905 with accessories - 01 Nos ,(f) TC-808 with accessories - 01 Nos ,(g) Soldering Iron - 01 Nos ,(h) Plier - 01 Nos ,(j) Soldering paste - 01 Nos (k) Capacitor Unit - 01 Nos ,(l) Capacitor connecting cables - 01 Nos ,(m) Power cable - 01 Nos (n) Nose plier - 01 Nos ,(o) Card for SSG -1100 - 01 Nos. Note:- Transportation charge for shifting cable fault locater will deem to be including send job and nothing extra on this account will be admissible. (ii) Contractor will ensure that after intimating fault contractor have to be arrange fault locator machine within 6 hours,if contractor is unable to bring fault locator with in stipulated time penalty of Rs 1000.00 per hours will be charged from contractor. (iii) Contractor will arange electrician to connect cable for testing and if any excavation is required on the site then also he will be arrange labour for the same.

M&L, Tightening and straightening of any type/size/span overhead line of ACSR conductor/ GI wire of any size and span by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightening the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as directed . (Note: 3/4 run of ACSR conductor +2 run of GI wire of any size of length upto 40 to 60 RM will be measured as one span).

M&L for opening of jumpers of 11 KV OH line at cut points and incoming/outgoing of GOD, DO and refixing properly three phases with new ACSR cnductor/ single core cable of suitable size will be considered as one job complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Scraping, including cleaning and preparation of old surfeces of steel tubular pole 11/9 Mtr long including cross arms, channels, nuts bolts, steel fitting complete and M&L for painting with two coat for aluminium paint after preparation of the steel surfaces, Channel/brackets/pipe/ steel structure fixed along pole and then applied strap with two coats black & green paint in strap alternatively all round the poles from the bottom of the pole for indication of the poles. Height of the strap shall be 20 cm and number of strap shall be 05 Nos writing pole no of letter size 2” by sign with white paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L replacement of ACSR conductor of any size as ordered by Engr-in-charge including tightening and bindingh with new binding wires to insulators all as directed all as specified and directed.

M & L pin type insulator vitreous, white, brown, or green insulator includig one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11 KV volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of PG clamps, parallel grove clamps, tee clamps & GI nut, bolts of required size other connectors for connecting ACSR dog conductors for jumpring all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber insulation sheet mat 11 KV grade suitable for elctric installation, shock proof and chequered / plane of size 1.0m x 2.0m x 19mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-fabricated MS structural steel (IS marked) work consisting of channels / angles / other sections etc of various sizes and shape, cut / weld / drilled holes etc hot / cold in position for cross arms with FI clamps (full, half D and earth clamp etc) incl necessary MS bolts, nuts etc and painting, incl taking out unsv the same items all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of HT out door type factory made(CPRI Approved ), junction box of size 1200 mmX900mmX1000mm (over all dimension )with mild steel angle iron of size 50X50X6mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel horizontal sides of the frame HT Junction box (KIOSK), platform mounted, suitable for 11000 volts 3 phase , The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm MS sheet and 50x50x5 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & back opening type, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 30 x 20cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. With double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) stranded lock-2Nos with 3 keys. 3 Nos Copper bus bar Size 750mmx100mmx75mm with drilled holes for incoming /outgoing HT cable connection including suitable aluminium Long lugs, GI bolts, Nuts and washers of suitable size. 11 KV grade Porcelain / synthetic bridge insulators( miniumum Lenth 300mm 09 Nos heavy duty with necessary steel / GI screws, bolts, nuts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 95 sqmm to 240 Sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the Bldg inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved PCC covers and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board complete all as specified and directed .
