Make - Acast/acryglow/ub, All letter will be 3D to be fixed by special type of solution. (Types of Alphabetic letter and matter as per design and drawing of the Authority concern ,as directed by EIC)

Supply & Fixing of LED on the acrylic letter from backside (Make: SAMSUNG/Meanwell/or equivalent ) having the following specifications: COLOUR:WHITE or as per the choice of EIC., Tipe:double time fixed. LIFE:70,000 burning hours. INTENSITY: Uniform without any bright/dark patches. VISIBILITY: 50Mtrs at least for normal eye vision. AMBIENT AIR: 0-50°C; 100% Relative Humidity. POWER CONSUMPTION: 1.08 Watt per module. (1 module consists of 3 nos LED), as directed by EIC.(Defect Liability Period-2 years )

Supply & Fixing 0.35mm Galvanized iron pre coated sheet for back panel , Make - Aarti / Bansal / Jindal / Bhusan as per direction of the EIC.

Painting both side of the m.s. structure of the L.E.D. board by and MS structure by 2 coats of R.O primer and one cote of ynthetic black paint of best quality as per direction of EIC.

S/F. S.S. Chanel at front side (4 side) of board for beautification with providing necy. Fixing materials, as directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing 230V, 20A DPMCB 2 way MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment.

Supply and fixing of 250V Timer DB with steel sheet enclosure double door , phosphitised powder coated , neutral bar, Din Rail with IP-43 protection comprises of i) 1 no. 6A Switch for manual mode operation on outside door, ii) 1 no. 25A DP MCB ('C' Curve, 10 kA,), iii) 1 no. 24 hours programmable electromechanical Time Switch with minimum switching time of 15 minutes. iv) 1 no. 25A TP Power contactor v) 1 no. Auto/ Mannual bypass 25A DP MCB Changeover Switch vi) Provision for earthing attachment including LED indication light for running condition with railway locking arrangement. Suitable DB size selction with internal wiring by appropriate Copper wires along with connectors/lugs to be fixed maintaining recommended clearance as per IS. Hiring charges of bamboo scaffolding for fixing complete iron structure on the top of the Massonary pillar in all charges as per direction of EIC.(B+G+9).
