Taking down rolling shutters complete pull/push or gear operated manually type including servicing, repairing all moving mounted parts / components (including locking arrangements) necessary welding easing, adjustment , replacing damaged parts such as (slates, bottom lock plate, helical spring, head gear box, hood cover, pullies, pipes) wherever required, greasing, refixing in the same location and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Spare parts shall be measured & paid separated through supply only items of Sch 'A' BOQ)

Supply only mild steel 1.25mm thick black sheet as in top cover for rolling shutter fixed to wall in proper size , shape & position suitable for rolling shutter including removing damaged portion and applying one shop coat of primer before fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS Spring for rolling shutter, size of spring 450mm long inner dia not less than 65mm and MS wire 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS pipes heavy duty of 40mm dia as in shaft of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only cast iron geared pullies of standard size and shape as per existing and suitable for operation of rolling shutters as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only head gear box of standard size and shape with key as per existing & suitable for operation of rolling shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling old MS/steel rolling shutter of any size and position including cutting hole for taking down existing hold fast complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath is 1.25mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of steel rolling shutters, thickness of lath is 1.25mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
