Work of Transformer Erection of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV
Shifting of main tank of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV from plinth Upto 20 Mtrs distance
Additional shifting @ 5 Mtrs per Job
Providing of dry air at time of opening of blanking plate for erection of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV main tank and filling of dry air of dew point - 40° C or better for completion of work . The work shall include connecting pipe as required for measurement of dew point value of dry air.
Complete erection of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushings their turret, connecting oil pipe line, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panel, oil pump and associated pipe line etc.to complete the job satisfactorily including vacuuming the main tank of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV and standing the required vacuum for complete removal of moisture of main tank then first filling of oil in tank, radiator, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage if any and all other associated work for satisfactory completion of work. No T & P shall be provided by the department.
Complete evacuation of 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV main tank and filling of dry air of dew point -50° C or better in vacuum and then pressure up to0.25 Kg/Cm2 and the again evacuation of the transformer tank after required interval approx. 12-24 hrs. using vacuum plant the work shall include connecting pipes of machine as required, measuring dew point value of dry air during every cycle (01 job is defined as complete cycle of evacuation, filling and maintainig of dry air in the transformer main tank), till the required value is achieved ib the supervision of supervising engineer.
Create the vacuum inside the transformer tank & stand at 24 Hrs. filling the oil step by step in 200 MVA 400/132 KV Transformer-IV.
Filling the T/F oil in oil tanker from drums by centrifuging machine to increase the BDV value and water content value less than 05 ppm. (02 no. oil tankers will be provided by the contractor free of cost) and circulation of transformer oil of 200 MVA transformer in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging nachine to be provided by the contractor. Taking BDV value of oil and IR values periodically till the required value. The water content value less than 05 ppm is achived as per direction of supervising engineer.
Sampling and testing of transformer oil at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab including cost of transportation of samples in standard sampling bottles Samples to be taken at following intervals (as per actual requirement) I. Before filling in transformer main tank and OLTC-04 Samples. 2.Before filling in cooling bank - 01 sample 3. Before charging - 05 samples from top and bourn of Main tank. R Y & B Phase OLTC respectively. Following tests are to be conducted for each sample- 1. Breakdown voltage 2. Moisture Content. 3. Tan Delta of Oil, 4. Resistivity. 5. Interfacial Tension, 6. Particle Count, 7. Dissolved gas Analysis

Delta Earthing for 200 MVA T/F neutral of transformer by 40 mm dia 150 mm long conical shape its placing inside the ground in triangular shape all 03 no electrode with 75x10mm MS Flate 700 mm deepand connecting with same with earthmat at two places.
Jumpering of 200 MVA transformer HV & LV side by twin ACSR moose conductor.
Preparation of Cable Schedule for 200 MVA transformer and associated bays and providing its copy.
Laying & termination of armoured control cable from control panel/Relay Panel to its RTCC, marshalling box, ACDB, DCDB etc dressing as per cable schedule including clamping at a distance 2 mtr. with 25x3 mm. Aluminium Strip. It includes cutting & making holes in various equipment's base plates & fixing of accurate size cable glands, binding the numbering tags on both side of cable, making termination at each equipment on both ends with correct ferruling. This also include resetting of trench cover on trenches after completion of work.
