Cement concrete in 4 cm gauge approved ballast ,approved course sand, and cement in propotion of 1:3;6 including supply of material labour and t&P required for proper completion of work.

Brick work in 1:4 cement mortar with cement , coarse sand , and M-150 bricks . including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Cast cement concret door sill,chaukhat ,boundry post ,selves and similar small concret work with cement ,approved course sand ,and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including the cost of binding wire mould and all other material labour and t&p excetra required for proper completion of work.

dismentelling reincerfored cement concret or reinforced brick work including staking of material as directed by engineer in charge within a distance of 60 mtr.

Dismentelling of existing plaster including disposal/staking of refuse within distance of 60 mtr.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in single coat onfair side of single or half brick wall for enteiror plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angle chamfers and or rounded angles not excedding 80 mm . ingirth and finish even and smooth. no extra for making any additive including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse materials. as directed by engineer in charge with distance of 60 mtr.

Finishing wall with two coat of water proof cement paint of premium quality on previously old treated surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials.
