M&L for maintanence and servicing of 250 KVA Diesel genarator sets installed at 81 Armd Pump house Make : cummins including connected Alternator and carryng out routine 'A' check of the engine and servicing works as listed below for smooth functioning all as per manufactures instructions and as directed. (a) To check (every 50hrs/1 month wichever is earlier) (1) Lubrication greasing to all parts (ii) Check all engine level (b) Fuel system : Drain sediment from fuel tanks. (c) Air System: every 50hrs/1 month wichever is earlier (i) Clean pre Cleaner dustpan weekly (ii) Check Air cleaner restriction clean/change cleaner element if required. (d) Cooling system: Check coolent level OTHER MAINTENANCE: (i) Drainer tank (ii) Check and correct leaks (iii) Drain fuel filter.Water separator. (iv) Check belts & adjust if required Note: Engine oil/Radiator coolent oil top up will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for carring out following periodical maintanence on 250 KVA Diesel genaratorsets installeed at 81Armd Pump House (a) To check (every 250 Hrs/Every 6 month) (i) Repeat 'A' Lubrication (ii) Changing Engine Oil (iii) Record oil pressure. (b) Fuel system : (i) Check Hydrulic Governor oil. (ii) Check throttle linkage.(iii) Lubricant Ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hydrulic Governor. (iv) Change of Fuel filter. (v) Clean fuel tank breather.. (c) Air System: (i) Clean / Change cranckcase Breather. (ii) Check Air Pipings/durettes (d) COOLING SYSTEM: (i) Check coolant in radiator.(ii) Add coolant concentrate if required(maintaining pH value in between 7.5 to10.5) (iii) Check heat exchanger zinc (sacrificial Anode) plugs. Note: (i) Coolant oil, Engine oil utilised will be measured and paid separatly. (ii) The rate quoted must be inclusive of the necessary oil filter, fuel filter , air filter units and the gaskets, O rings and clips required for changing of the filter elements

M&L for Removing the unserviceable display unit from the control panel and supply and fix in repair display unit (LCD) in the control panel of 100 KVA DG set including connecting with the necessary wiring with soldering and testing after fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of Self Starter assy by disconnecting from engine and dismantling the same cleaning all accessories , replace the wornout parts like :- brushes, bushes , contact plates, jumping leads and seals, revarnishing the field coil , armature and reassembling the same , refitting the engine and testing of 250 KVA DG set complete all as directed

Supply and filling/top up engine oil SAE 15 W - 40 [CH grade) [Make : VOLVOLINE ]

Supply and filling/top up Radiator coolant [Make : VOLVOLINE ]

M&L for Removing the unserviceable battery charger and supply and fix in repair external battery charger 12 V DC at DG set room at Jalipa main pump house including necessary connections and testing complete all as directed .

M&L for Overhauling of radiator assy of DG set 250 KVA by disconnecting and removing from eingine , dismantling the top & bottom chambers , descalling the sediments and scales , corrosion ..etc by means of acid cleanig and high pressure water washing , air cleaning , re assembling the same with new gaskets, including arresting leakage , if any and fixing to the engine with new hoses ,clips as reqd

M&L for Repair and servicing of 250 KVA PT pump assembly and injectors by replacing the unserviceable parts like centre shaft, loading spring, relief valve-2 Nos bearings.governor barrels & plunger-1Set O-ring kits,gasket kit,injector plunger & barrel -6Nos,ball check -6Nos and calibration and phasing of injectors and FIP in test bench and reassembling etc as required.
