Schedule 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Steel tubular pole/ struts any size any type and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, protection of UG cable, concrete base, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable worn out / weathered / damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size and type from pole after disconnecting jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stringing ACSR conductor in of any size including all binding wires and aluminium jointing, jumpering etc maintaining standard sag on LT OH lines complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arm of MS channel or angle section from pole any size complete all as directed.

S&F of cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size with welding, bending cold or hot including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators of any type and any size complete all as directed.

S&F pin type porcelain insulator of size 100 mm height, 65mm dia, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified as directed.

S&F shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, 75 mm height 90 mm dia for working pressure of 1100 volts including galvanized steel straps of section 31x3 mm, 12 mm dia of bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable LT XLPE /PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100 Volt grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/ pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 18 above but for 10 Sqmm 4 Core.

Supply and laying in replacement of 40 mm bore GI tube medium grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings from trench of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of road/ hard standing n exc 20cm width and n exc 60cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking down existing unserviceable street / security light / flood light / post top lantern / high mast / Garden light fitting of any type or wattage from street / perimeter light on poles / walls including removing of old, damaged / corroded pipe-bracket, MS clamps, bolts, nuts, old unserviceable connection wire etc complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix high performance LED street light luminaire having single die ceramic base high power IP66 protection ,PDC housing with finless design and poly carbonate cover. LED light source or single 45 Watt.and fixing bracket made of 32 mm bore galvanised iron light grade pipe made to shape having overall length 1.2 mtr, fixed on pole /wall through two numbers mild steel clamp of 25mm width 3mm thick MS flat strip and four Nos nuts,bolts & washers of 12mm dia ,150mm long grouted into wall including connection with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares/components/parts of high mast light fittings any wattage/capacity of any description and in any position, repalcement of unserviceable/damageed/ broken parts(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor should arrange crane and eqpt as required for the checking the faulty light at his own cost and spare parts and components/parts of light but new light fittings shall be meassured seperately from item Schedule of No 31. And all light fittings in one high mast pole consider as one job.

Taking up/down old unserviceable service wire any size incl batern / suspending wires complete all as specified & directed.

S & F 1100 volts grde heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable 2core flat 10Sqmm size complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down/out old unserviceable time switch of any size complete all as specified & directed.

S&F of digital timer switch for switching on/off light stand other elctric device according to rising/setting of the sun with combination fuction for creating switching programes in which the devices are switched according to astronomical time and fixed present time all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees ,bends,elbows,reducers,bell mouth ends including fixing on the wall,floor connected accessories couplers,lock nuts,saddles pipe hooks and all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, preparaing of old painted steel tubular pole 9M long and applying one coat of lauminium red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint to pole and accessoreis / fittings whatever fixed on pole including marking /writing pole No on each pole with yellow SE paint with 5CM large bold letters on black background of suitable size at a height of 2M above GL complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of Junction box MS sheet 3mm thick alongwith clamps complete, S&F Junction box of size 300mmx200mmx105mm with MCB 6A, 10KA capacity, aluminium bus bar -4 Nos fixed on procelin insulator suitable capacity for 3 phase and neutral complete with necessary MS clamp made of 25x3 mm MS flat, bolts, nuts,wahsers etc for fixing to steel tubular / rail pole including dismantling of existing old unserviceable junction box with all accessoreis complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in replacement of MCB 3 pole TPN 63 Amps, 16 KA including complete connected accessories and complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fix and testing of 1.5 HP, three phase electric motor to lower & raise the carriage for high mast light fixing with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts including dismantling of existing old unserviceable electric motor with all accessoreis complete all as specified and as directed.
