Lowering & Lifting of sub/sets from bore by taking out double flanged GI Pipes, submersible P/Set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc. and requirement of damaged D/F GI Pipes, cable, defective pump set etc. as per site requirement and lowering of sub p/set, sub cable, GI Pipe etc. as required, jointing of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc. with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T&P, tripod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipment’s, Safety gadgets as required and consumable material ( rubber packing and Nut Bolts) will be arranged by the firm as per site requirement

S/O Submersible P/Set dynamically balanced S Steel impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve duly fitted with flanged tail piece. The pump will be directly coupled with sq. cage sub. Induction motor of 2900 rpm suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 c/s AC supply with efficiency 70% at duty point of following duties : 7.5 HP, at least 18 stage, Discharge 90-180 LPM, head 157-97 mtr. Make :- BS/SU/Skope/DJB approved makes.

S/O PVC insulated PVC sheathed flat submersible cable with plain copper conductor having three core 4 sq mm 415/1100V (each roll 100 mtr) Make :- Havells/Fort Gloster/ICL/CCI/ICC/Universal/Grandlay/Havells/DJB approved

Making/supply of 50mm, 3 mtr long approx double flanged (OD 130mm)GI Pipe,medium conforming to IS:1239(2004)SWS,B Class having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded on each side of flange. The flanges having four holes and One cut for cable. Make- TATA/Jindal Hisar

MS clamp suitable for holding 50 mm dia GI pipe made from 600x100x12 mm thick MS plate with complete set

F/S of MS bore cover suitable for 300mm dia MS Pipe. The bore well be fabricated with MS flat size 50mm width 5mm thickness and MS sheet 18SWG in 2 half pieces i/c suitable clamping arrangement having internal hole as per requirement

GI double flanged 90 degree 50 mm dia size bend

Supply of 50 mm dia. CI double flanged PN 1.0 NRV without bypass. Make :- IVC/Kirloskar

Orifice Assembly 50 mm dia. Complete

G.I tail piece 50 mm dia 0.5 mtr. Long with one end threaded & other end flanged having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded with flange having 4 Nos. hole & cut for cable.

Making and supply of MS covering with MS angle iron size 40X40X3 mm as per sit requirement and height of frame 5 feet complete four side covered frame cover with ms jali 3" X 1" SWG duly welded with cross MS strip size 40X6mm and one side opening with locking arrangement at site , making the frame the duly painted with enamel paint after using red oxide metal primer of size 3ftX2ft and height 6 ft.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Grouting of existing LT Panel with 1:2:4 C:C material. Work includes grouting of both legs with C:C material to provide proper strength.
