SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XIV: (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS): (Upgradation & Additions/Alterations Civil & E/M Works, Internal Water Supply, Internal Electrification, External Water Supply, External Electrification, Sewage Disposal, Road/Path/Culvert, Air Conditioning, Lightening Protection and Demolition and Dismantling):

UPGRADATION & ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS CIVIL WORKS:

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof paint over one coat of weather proof primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top: (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) After setting & drying of screed bed, the entire surface of roof slab shall be cleaned thoroughly to remove all loose particles, dust/dust particles and applied with hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, @ 1.20 Kg/Sq.m. over bituminous primer @ 0.5 Ltr./Sq.m. (iii) Over hot blown grade bitumen 85/25, polymeric water proofing membrane 3 Kg/Sq.m. shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface up to grooves as applicable with overlaps of 100mm. The overlaps shall be sealed by flames or as per manufacturer instructions. Water proofing membrane shall be tucked in wall to a depth of 25mm (minimum) where applicable. Groove made in wall shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling and hot blown bitumen applied below membrane should be compatible with membrane all as per recommendation of manufacturers. (iv) A coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sq.m. shall be applied over water proofing membrane and final a coat of aluminium primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm. Notes: 1. WPC shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. Proper care shall be taken to provide similar treatment near junction of roof and parapet to avoid any leakage through junction.

UPGRADATION & ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS E/M WORKS:

Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core multi stranded 1100 Volts grade, ISI marking drawn through and including non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories medium grade, ISI marked, including modular metal flush box with and including modular white cover plate with frame for mounting modular switches/sockets/fan regulators etc. including one run of 1.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable for earth continuity, connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one switch or One fan (Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan) point controlled by one switch or One 3 Pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No.18 here-in-before but One 3 Pin socket outlet 5 Amps on the same board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying 2.5mm thick retro reflective painting of specified shade/ colour etc., either continuous or broken lines, to the required width and length over the existing painted surface/new bituminous surface with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) of brand Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 5 Kg per Sq.m. and glass beads at the of 0.35 Kg per Sq.m. (Reflective Index 1.5) using semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road including all materials, labour, T&P and cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals, oil, gease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MORTH technology and speciality.

S&F reflective cats eye with ABS material, body of size 100mmx100mm, with honeycomb patterned base, twin moulded shanks and two way retroreflective lenses, fixed with suitable adhesives on roads complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Series 290 OF 3M or equivalent approved by GE

AIR CONDITIONING:

M&L sub main wiring concealed type with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable unsheathed for circuit along with earth wire including PVC rigid conduit medium grade 20mm dia. with accessories complete with two runs of 4 Sq.mm. cable and one run of 4 Sq.mm. earth wire complete with colour coding and making good the disturbed area complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of cable, one run of earth wire and one run of conduit will be measured as one unit.

Supply and fix air cooled split unit air conditioner electric driven single phase of capacity of 2 TR with copper condenser coil, green gas, mounting stand with all accessories as per BEE 5 Star inverter complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Carrier/Bluestar /Voltas Note: Extra length of copper tubing,as per site requirement is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and install 5 KVA wall mounted voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase nautrally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 130 Volt to 280 Volt with output voltage stabilised at 230 Volt with accuracy +2.5% including provision of volt meter for monitoring input and output voltage and bypass cut out switch complete all as specified and directed. Make: V-Guard/Purevolt/Voltas/Krykard

Supply and fix plug and socket SPN enclosure with a two pin and earth complete with one MCB SP 32 Amps 'C' curve 10 KA breaking capacity of 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION:

S&F single pointed air termination aluminium rod, 12mm dia., 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium strip 25x3.15mm complete with saddles porcelain cleats of suitable size and fixing screws for fixing the strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing split type air conditioners (Indoor and outdoor units complete) including copper tubes and stabilizers from DME/DVOR, localizer and glide path buildings safely, shifting and hand over to MES stores all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing DG sets DME/DVOR-12.5 KVA capacity complete from its all electrical connections (Including AMF panel connection) and removing the complete DG set from its foundations, shifting the DG set safely and hand over to MES stores yard all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing DG sets Localizer-10 KVA capacity complete from its all electrical connections (Including AMF panel connection) and removing the complete DG set from its foundations, shifting the DG set safely and hand over to MES stores yard all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing DG sets Glide Path-15 KVA capacity complete from its all electrical connections (Including AMF panel connection) and removing the complete DG set from its foundations, shifting the DG set safely and hand over to MES stores yard all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing distribution boards complete including MCBs and MCCBs all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the existing 100 KVA transformer and LT panels from its all electrical connections (HT & LTconnections) and removing the transformer from its foundations, shifting the transformer, HT & LT cables and LT panels safely from localizer substation and hand over to MES stores all as specified and as directed.
