Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material to a distance n.exc 100m from the starting point complete all as specified and specified

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of ) and disposal of retrieved material to a distance n.exc 100m from the starting point complete all as specified and specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of surface, washing the surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet & M&L for 70mm thick(Average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid over roof slab in specific gradients/slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof Treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, of surface & making it free from any loose paint, dust or dirt, grease. (b) All cracks upto 3mm at corner joints, channels and parapets should be treated with crack seal and bigger cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars. (c) Applying one coat of PrimeSeal/ Epoxy Primer/ShaliUrethane BTD White diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 kg/ sqm (0.20 kg BTD+0.20 Kg water) (d) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh, upto 300 mm on walls. (e) Applying three coat of HydroShield PUD microfibre reinforced UV resistent polyurethane (solid content 68% ) / Damp Proof ultra UV Stable fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers (Solid content 55%)/ SmartCare PU Magnum elastomeric waterproofing coating based on hydrophobic polyurethane (solid content 85%)/Single Component Elastomeric Liquid Membrane ShaliUrethane BTD White/coloured (Elongation 400% ± 50, Solid Contents > 80% & Specific Gravity @ 30 OC 1.5 ± 0.03) @ total 2.00 Kg per sqm in two coats for maintaining thickness of 1.5mm, with paint brush/ roller upto 300 mm on walls. (f)) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Make : Dr. Fixit / Fosroc / BASF / STP/Torch Tar/Asian. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately. Note (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturer's instructions, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on lime concrete and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No. 06 but except brick tiles.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in roof padding laid over chicken wire mess of size 24 SWG, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of in industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over primed surface by using forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer.

M&L for lime concrete 1:2:5 (Lime:surkhi:brick ballast(40mm)) terracing in roof complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab complete as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Tpye B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling/padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, kerbs, roundedor chamfered edges, making the surface even and fair without using extra cement including liquid water proofing compound complete as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: Liqid water proofing compoound will measure and paid seperatly a supply only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on green fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 for receive the roof finishes with water proofing compound.(WPC shall be measured and paid separately) as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound

Supply and fix 3mm thick APP pre-fabricated membrane with non woven ployester matt central core of 160 gsm (min)impregnated and coated on both side layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over 0.3 ltrs/Sqm bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384. The weight of APP membrane shall not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and laid over primed surface by using torch and apply uniform preserve with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100mm on sides and 150mm on end laps. Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 [email protected]/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs/Sqm as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Make:- Torch shield, Asian Paints smart care APP Membrane, IWL, Sikka, Forsroc Note:- (i) The work should be executed through authorised applicator only. Approval of which shall be taken from GE before commencement of work. (ii) The contractor has to furnish guarantee for 10 years for APP membrane.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description or in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as chajjas,parapet complete all as specified and directed and directed .

M&L for providing Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as lintels, beams, cantilivers and like complete all as specified and directed and directed .

M&L for use and waste of form work to chajjas and similar items including edges for any height of building,surface rough finished complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam hunching, girders, lintels, cantlievers, shelves including supports, etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 25 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick honey comb walling, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed . Note: " Work may be carried out at upto 3rd floor/roof."

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair to RCC fillet beams in ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 over applying a coat of neat cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and one coat of bonding agent as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and directed Make of Bonding Agent:- Dr Fixit/Fosroc Nitobond/Sikka Hibond

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (white/tinted) after finishing the surfaces with a coat of wall care putty by hand roller complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper including filling of wall care putty in minor cracks (where required) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs etc and hoisting if required, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt ,etc from the the tank & from the mouths of circulating pipes etc,reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr capacity.triple layered, hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut screwed for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface all as specified`and directed .

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,cooler stand,ladder and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks of capacity 250 ltr to 500 ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes etc as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks of capacity 500 ltr to 1000 ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes etc as directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,34,980.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 18 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
