REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES CEILING FANS DESERT COOLERS WATER COOLERS REFRIGERATORS WINTER APPLIANCES, ELECTRIC GEYSER SOLAR WATER HEATER AND OTHER EQUIPMENTS AT MIL STN DAPPAR UNDER AGE(I) DAPPAR

Servicing of solar water heating plant capacity upto 1500 Ltr capacity at site complete, opening of all tubes descaling and replacing broken/ u/s panel , fixing float valve of suitable size ,making good surface and fixing in original position, opening of water heating tank cleaning, replacing heating element of 3 x 3KW as per existing model/size and making leak proof and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement heating element with capacity 3/4 KW suitable or as per site requirement for upto 1500 Ltr capacity solar water heating plant, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for MS pipe 40mm dia connecting, welding , smoothing and making leak proof and including insulation with PUF slab 30mm thick with wire mesh to bound the PUF and including applying CRPX compound and cladding with 24 gauge aluminium super quality sheet including clamping/ binding material as per site requirement/directed and testing entire work to be carried out providing material strictly of existing specifications and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge, including dismantling of old MS pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing old unserviceable puf insulation from MS pipe and M&L for insulation over a existing MS pipe of size upto 80mm dia with puff slab 30mm thick with wire mesh to bound the puff and including applying CRPX compound and cladding with 24 guage alluminium super quility sheet including clamping/ binding material, testing as per site requirment and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber real bush, canopy alongwith all suitable items as per site requirment and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: MS nut bolts with split pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush will be paid and measured seperately.

Taking down and servicing of BLDC ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of damaged / old parts i.e electronic parts, rotor, stator , shaft including all damaged parts of BLDC Fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of parts i.e electronic parts, rotar, stator , copper winding shaft including all damaged parts of BLDC Fan as per site requirment and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and servicing / cleaning of exhaust fan 230 to 450 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of exhaust fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush, gun metal ball bearing, capacitor, split pin alongwith all suitable items as per site requirment etc and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample for hanging of any capacity of Ceiling Fans and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball bearing , Rubber shackel suitable size of ceiling fan / pedastal and exhaust-fan of any type and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only gun metal clamp with bush suitable for ceiling fan of any type and size including removing old one, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
