Operation & Maintenance

Annual maintenance contract of E&M Installations of ATS complex, R. R. station, NAV-AIDS & OTB (AAI Installations) at Nagpur Airport round the clock on all days including Sundays & holidays which involves operation, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenance, attending complaints, repairs with proper tools & plants, documentation etc. as per the contract terms and conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge as required. (a) 01 No. Highly Skilled (Supervisor) (b) 05 Nos. Skilled (Electrician / Wireman) (c) 03 Nos. Un-skilled (Helper) Min. no of manpower to be deployed shall not be less than Nine (09).

Deployment of Document Assistant cum Computer Operator (Highly Skilled) with adequate knowledge of software such as MS Office / Data Entry / Inventory Management / SAP Entry i/c DTP works on all days except on Sundays etc. as required.

Deployment of following manpower at site for carrying out various operation and maintenance works to meet the actual site requirements as and when required.

Minor Repairs & Maintenance Works

Filtration of insulating oil of 2 Nos. 500 KVA Transformers (Oil tank capacity - 925 Litres along with tap changer, capacity - 210 Litres each) & 3 Nos. Voltage stabilizers (Capacity - 100 Litres each) at different locations including de-hydration, testing of transformer with tap changer, transformer oil (as per IS 1866-2017) & commissioning as per relevant IS code & submission of test reports etc. complete as required. (Total Oil Quantity - 2570 litres).

Servicing, testing & commissioning of 630 Amps VCB installed at radar power house etc. complete as required.

Servicing, testing & commissioning of 800 Amps ABB make ACB from OEM authorized service dealer including testing of Microprocessor based relay unit complete as required.

Testing and Calibration of existing relays installed in HT panels at radar power house including co-ordination of tripping timing as per standard practice and demonstration through current injection and submitting test reports etc. complete as required. Over Current / Earth fault Relay - 04 Nos. Supervision Relay - 04 Nos. Lockout Relay - 04 Nos.

Calibration and testing of Buchholz Relay for 11/0.433kV indoor, oil cooled 500 KVA transformer and submission of test reports as required.

Supply of Insulating oil confirming to relevant IS Code (IS 335) and topping up in the existing transformers as required.

Supply of Spares (As & When Required)

AMF Relay with LCD Display similar to Make: C&S, Model: EC 2, O/P Contact Rating: 250 VAC, 4A; Voltage Input Range - UAN: 50 - 300 VAC; Aux. Supply - Uv : (7 - 35) VDC; Frequency - 50/60 Hz.

Power Contactor - 4 Pole, 700 A, similar to Make: C&S, MODEL NO. LC1FDPM5004A with 220 volt AC coil (Code No. M7).

Execution of Works as per CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022, DAR (E&M) 2022 & Latest CPWD Specifications as & when required.

CPWD DSR (E&M) 2022 - Chapter 01 to 10 & 14 The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below- • Please refer clause 47 of SCC before quoting rates for this item. • If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% above the rates of DSR-2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% below the rates of DSR-2022 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
