FLUE GAS CHIMNEY: Supply and installation of MS flue gas chimney for 2 lac kcal boiler shall be 200mm dia 3 mm thick pipe complete with 5mm thick base plate and 400mm dia cowl for 4 lac kcal/hr Boiler 250mm dia 3mm thick pipe complete with 5mm thick base plate and 600mm dia cowl minimum 1.2 m above the highest point of the plant room and including connection from boiler to main chimney fabricated from 3 mm MS sheet. The item shall be complete with the mounting/ fixing arrangement. The generators shall be connected to a independent chimney. The portion of the chimney in side the building shall be insulated with fiber glass insulation wool of 24kg/cum. The item shall be complete with mounting/fixing arrangement 200 mm for 2 Lac kcal boiler and 300mm for 4 lac kcal boiler.

EXPANSION TANK: Supply & Installation of overhead expansion tank of size 1000 Litres MS 3mm thick sheet complete covered with 13 mm closed cell Nitrile insulation complete with removable lid, in/out /drain/ overflow system mounting arrangement and complete connection.

BULK OIL STORAGE TANK: Supply, installation, testing connecting with the system and commissioning of Horizontal Cylindrical oil storage tank made out of mild steel. Design temperature 30 deg C and design pressure atmosphere + static head of liquid Storage Cap.(Nominal): 10 KL Gross capacity (Not exceeding : 10.2 KL) Shell thickness : 4 mm End Plate Thickness: 6 mm Tank shall be complete with manhole, lifting lugs, vent pipe dip stick inlet out let connections including excavation as per manufacturer recommendation, partially burring under ground and excavation will not be paid separately. Note : The tank and structure shall be painted with two coats of black Japan anti corrosive paint.

DAY OIL STORAGE TANK: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Kerosene/HSD oil Day service Tank rectangular MS construction with capacity of 990 Litres complete with inlet, outlet, drain, level indicator and dip stick with level chart. Tank will be made out of 3mm MS sheet and will be provided with supports made out of iron angle 50x50x5 mm thick base stage to keep tank at minimum ( 800 mm) above finished floor level.

GLYCOL CHARGE : Supply and first fill for makeup requirement for the first year of operation of glycol along with the necessary additives to be mixed with glycol as inhibitor (composed of a mixture of 5% sodium benzoate +0.03% sodium nitrate in 25% ethylene glycol) effective in preventing corrosion of metals at both room temperature and conditions of heating and supplied in barrels.

RADIANT HEATING FROM SLAB (Manifold to Manifold) : Supplying, Installing, testing & commissioning of followings for radiant heating system. PE-Xa pipe (Polyethylene cross linked pipe) of 16 mm O.D. with 2 mm thickness with anti-oxygen barrier in EVOH, complying with ENISO-15875 PE-Xa pipes to be embedded in slab. The pipes shall be fixed on 25 mm thick EPS insulation and embedded in light weight PCC 55 mm thick with centre to centre distance between PE-Xa pipes should be 100 mm. PE-Xa pipes shall be fixed with clips / Accessories as per Manufacturer's standard & details. The PE-Xa pipes should be complete as per specifications.

Supply and fix PE-Xa pipe (polyethylene cross link pipe) and other related accessories with oxygen diffusion barrier manufactured from peroxide cross linked polyethylene complying with EN ISO 15875. size 16 mm OD x 2mm thick.

Supply and fix Plastic track fixed in floor insulation for fixing Pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Installing, testing & commissioning of followings for radiant heating system. Manifold with Box and Accessories (i) Manifolds Modular type brass/ SS manifolds for supply and return of glycol water mixture, each manifold box shall be with below mentioned required number of connections for radiant circuit with compression fittings. Supply manifold with bayonet connection to have flow control lock shield valve and adaptor connections. Return Manifold with Bayonet connection, balancing lock shield valve and adaptor connection. Modular type manifolds will be fixed by metallic adjustable brackets in powder coated manifold boxes. Manifolds shall have inlet and outlet Ball shut-off valve, pressure gauge, Automatic air vent valve, Valve for the system charge and discharge. Motorized by pass valve with digital thermostat will be provided for temperature control. The manifold valves shall comply to EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001:2018 standards. ii) Manifold Box GI Powder coated & cabinet openable for operation & Maintenance. SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XIII (DG SET) Note : This schedule is not prepriced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in the Green coloured field under Column 6.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning of silent, Diesel engine driven factory assembled, floor mounted generating set of capacity 125KVA at NTP 0.8 power factor or nearest higher size, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz as per IS 10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 to take 10% overload complete with safety control and metering equipments mounted on & including common base frame with acoustic enclosure (canopy), weather proof as per CPCB norms, powder coated all as per manufacturer's instructions manual and all as specified and comprising of the items/ accessories listed hereinafter :-

(A) Prime Mover : Directly coupled diesel engine, water cooled for deriving 125 KVA capacity, alternator electric start, four stroke confirming to latest IS-10001/10002 for continuous running and capable for taking 10% over load for 01 hour complete with following accessories :- (i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guards. (iii) Air cleaner with filters. (iv) Lubricating oil filter (v) Heavy duty radiator assembly with fan. (vi) Anti-vibration pads as recommended by manufacturers. (vii) PT pump with electronic gevernor of suitable capacity. (viii) Self starter 12 volts DC. (ix) Necessary arrangement for charging battery.

(x) Maintenance free battery 12 volts, 180 AH, duly charged -02 Nos, as recommended by manufacturer alongwith flexible copper battery lead and connector. Make :- Exide / Supersonic / Amaron (xi) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm & 150 mm height - 01 No. (xii) Standard safety device. (xiii) Daily services fuel tank for full running capacity of DG set for min 12 hours enclosed within the canopy all as per CPCB with lever indicator inlet, fuel outlet drain plug, air vent and locking arrangements etc including fuel pipe connections with connected GI pipe medium grade from fuel tank to DG set and over flow from the DG set to fuel tank complete with gate valve.

(xiv) Exhaust system shall be provided with thermal insulation by using fire retardant/ non igniting foam conforming to BS-4735 to prevent excess heat radiation on the engine and safe for operator. (B) Alternator : Self regulated 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz as per IS : 13364 complete with automatic voltage regulator and foot mounted including making cable connection. (C) Control AMF Panel: AMF control panel inside the floor mounted accoustic enclosure suitable for 125 KVA DG set with bypass assessment including all necessary operating and control device (to meet the requirement of above capacity plus 25% over load) such as contactors, MCCBs, CTs, volts meter, Ammeter, indicating lamp, frequency meter, energy meter with protection fuses for panel instrument battery charging ststem with indicator and cut off relays low and high oil pressure, high speed over load and earth fault protection, reverse current protection duly wired copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as recommended by manufacturers and as directed.

(E) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- Acoustic enclosure (canopy) suitable for 125 KVA DG shall be with the following provisions/ specifications :- (i) The enclosure fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 14 SWG suitable to accommodate the DG Set properly. (ii) The sheet metal components are hot dip seven tank pretreated. (iii) It is pure polyester based powder coated (inside as wall as outside). All nuts/bolts/hardwares are zinc coated with salt spray test as per ASTMB- 117. (iv) Battery is accommodated in a tray in the enclosure. (v) The doors are fitted with gasket with high quality EPON gasketed to avoid leakage of sound.

(vi) Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool/mineral wool conforming to IS 8131 of 50 mm thickness and density of 96 kg/cum. (vii) The wool is further covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coated sheet, insulation level conforming to UL 94 HF1 class flamability. (viii) A special residential silencer is provided within the enclosure to control exhaust noise. (ix) Specially designed alternators are provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exhaust from the container. (x) Adequate ventilation is provided to meet requirement for combustion and heat removal. If required a blower is used to meet total air requirement and air changes.

(xi) Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 50 degree C of ambient temperature. (xii) The enclosure is provided with “high enclosure temperature” safety device. (xiii) There is provision of emergency shutdown from out side the enclosure. (xiv) There is arrangement for proper illumination inside the canopy. (xv) Noise level is 75 DB (A) at 1 mtr distance. (xvi) Approved by CPCB.

Note :- (i) The quoted rate for DG Set is inclusive of PCC foundation. The foundation for DG Set should be made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates below the floor level minimum 300mm and 200 mm above floor platform and of suitable size as per manufacturers recommendations complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The DG Set shall be suitable to suit the climatic conditions of Leh, Ladakh which is (-30°C to +25°C) so as to give desired output including 10% over load. (iii) The DG Set shall be suitable for auto main failure function. (iv) AMF panel should of same manufacturer as that of DG Set or as recommended by manufacturer's Vendors and it should be CPRI approved. (v) The DHPP (fuel) required for testing of DG sets is deemed to be included in above quoted rate. (vi) Phase-I test will be carried out by Engineer-in-charge for no load and 100% load for 1 hour each and phase II test will be carried out in presence of SE/EI/IEM for no load, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% for 11 hours and 110% for 1 hour over load.
