S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixing in opening as per specification & respective drawing on SSR complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor and roof or pavings n exc 15cm thickness including floor finishes like tiles if any of any description including terrazzo topping complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in top of floor of any position finishing the surface even and fair for floor complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) 15mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on verticle surfaces of wall for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&Lfor non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18sqm coloured in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Carge and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Supply and Fix health faucet, chromium plated cast copper alloy fancy type,screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, 15 mm bore fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs glass shelf , corner glass diplomat assembly consisting of 5.5 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12 cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Carge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.
